“Very Impressed”

I was extremely impressed with this hotel. Our stay could have not been any better. I had read some reviews prior to our booking and found some negative feedback, but due to the location and reasonable price I could not resist. The room was extremely clean and the staff was just great. It's about a 4 min walk from the main station and everything is within your reach. I would definitely go back to this hotel.

“Would definitely recommend Champagne Palace”

Beautiful hotel with perfect location. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Very adequate breakfast. DON'T book any tours with the tour group advertised at the front desk "Green Line Tours" That was the only drawback to our stay in Roma. Not the hotel's fault!

“Convenient and Comfortable”

This is a good choice if you want convenient access to the train station, downtown sites and the Metro. The only disadvantage is that there is no internet access in the hotel, you need to use local shops for internet which in Italy now requires that you leave ID. The room safe did not work even though they promised to have it fixed and I needed leave valuable with the front desk, which may be safer in the long run anyway. Otherwise, breakfast and room were super. I notice they lock the front door after 11pm and you must ring a buzzer to gain access - but the conierge came immediately. I would use them again.

“Okay Hotel to Stay in”

Good thing about this hotel: friendly staff, reception was very helpful to our request of changing room, marking where to shop, and arrange a courier pick service for something we left in Rome. Very close to train station, subway, restaurants, internet, laundry, and supermarkets. Bad thing about this hotel: u can skip breakfast, room a bit small, don't stay on 6th floor b/c restaurant is at 7th floor u can hear people walking starting 6.30am. Overall for the price we paid, we were content with what we got. This hotel is not a villa and more like a city center hotel.

“5 minutes walk from the train station”

Nice rooms, very close to the train station. Lots of restuarants near by. Check out the lounge on the top floor it is a nice place for a drink in the evening. I would definitely stay here again.

“Central location, clean and friendly staff”

I recommend this hotel as is close to the train/bus/metro station. Breakfast is good and fresh. The rooms are clean and quiet I had a little noise from my neighbor's TV but not a big deal (just for 30 minutes). The bathroom and the room are new, the bed was comfortable and staff was very helpful.

“Good enough for a night”

A decent hotel nothing special except that it is close to Termini station and internet/phone centers
