Fantastic location to get to the terminiPosted 8-Mar-2014
After seeing reviews for other hotels I was worried about the safety and being so close to the termini, but it's safe as houses and the hotel staff seem to be on the ball watching who comes in and out, the safe is excellent we had to put in a code so no one else would know it! The cleaners came everyday replaced shampoo and toiletries clean towels! Food continental but that's the way they live we can't have a full English all the time can we haha I felt safe it was clean and had a good view overlooking the city!!!

Excellent locationPosted 1-Mar-2014
This isn't a 4 star hotel, or if it is, our room wasn't. Whilst the bed was beautifully clean, and comfy, the room had coffee stains all over the walls and lamp shades, the breakfast was stale and horrible, the tv only had one English Channel and no wifi in your room which wouldn't normally annoy me, save that there were roadworks all night long on the first night. The location is excellent though.

Not a four star hotelPosted 26-Feb-2014
Location: Area full of beggars and prostitutes
A very tiny room and en suite with only one electric socket that didn't work! The breakfast was just awful by any standard and I didn't see any staff. Absolutely no other facilities during the day. No coffee even. Wi fi very limited to reception area. This is a hostel not an hotel. I was staying in a cubby hole???

How did this hotel get 4 stars?Posted 22-Feb-2014
I have stayed in Rome four timesand this hotel was a huge disappoint lent. The place is run-down and seedy. The location was right in a terrible part of Rome by the train station. My room was so small I had to leave my suitcase on the bed! The sheets erred not changed for six days until I repacked and put the suitcase on the floor. The shower. Stall was so tiny you could not bend over to wash! The breakfast was so skimpy you could not call it a buffet, the staff were very nice but couldn't. Make up for the hotel. All in all a terrible experience.

Great hotel in Rome near Roma Termini StazionePosted 13-Feb-2014
Location: Near train station and Hop On-Hop Off bus. Major attractions -reasonable walking distance except for St. Peters. Lots of shopping/restaurants near
Love the hotel. A short 3-4 block walk from the train station. The ambience of the entrance, lobby and sitting rooms are terrific with beautiful murals on ceiling with crown molding. The rooms were attractive - bathroom had marble walls, floors with radiant heating in the floor. It had the feeling of a palace! Buffet breakfast was nice. Great rates; however imagine in season it's more expensive. A 35 minute cab ride to airport - expensive but worth it for the way home. Train station also available to airport. Found our best restaurant 1 1/2 blocks from hotel.

Beautiful hotel, great place to stayPosted 8-Feb-2014
Pros: Comfortable rooms, friendly staff, great location
Location: Close to station, within walking distance of major sights
This hotel is located close to the station, which is great for travelling. About 15 minute walk to the colosseum, other sights are close too. Vatican is further but can definitely be walked to - there is much to see along the way. Staff very friendly and provide a map on arrival which was helpful. Breakfast buffet was great - orange juice, coffee, cereal, bread rolls and spreads, pastries, cake, yoghurt, cold meats. My room was very nicely furnished and had a nice street view. Very warm even though there was no heater. Great price for what you get. Only downside was there weren't great restaurants nearby. I would definitely stay here again.

Convenient hotel close to the railroad stationPosted 10-Jan-2014
Pros: Its location
Cons: The rooms are really small.
Location: Literally, just steps from Roma Termini railroad station. Many restaurants. A major bus center is in front of the railroad station to go anywhere.
It is only about 200 yards from Roma Termini railroad station. The staff is courteous. The hotel is simple but comfortable. The rooms are small but adequate. WiFi internet access is available only in the reception area, but it is free. Very good breakfast on the 7th floor.

Simple hotel super close to the train stationPosted 30-Oct-2013
Pros: Nice staff. Relatively clean. The breakfast room has a nice view of the nearby church rooftops. The breakfast included boiled eggs.
Cons: Needs wifi in the rooms.
Location: The location is near the train station and the start of the hop on hop off busses. The restaurants around the hotel are alright but are very touristy.
Stayed 4 nights. We were relatively comfortable - the location is very convenient but not the best area to hang around in.
