“"Would go back in a heart beat!"”

Renato was such an amazing host...from suggesting wonderful restaurants to eat at, places to see and how the bus system works. He was always very friendly and spoke english quite well, so great for those travelers who know very little italian. The B&B itself was very charming and cozy. The breakfast is small, just a croissant, juice and your choice of a hot beverage (but you will find that a typical breakfast at most B&B's in Italy), served to your room every morning. Location is in a quieter part of town by still close to many of the attractions (whether by bus or walking). Very close to the train station as well.

“Great value”

I stayed here with a friend and we were very pleased. The hotel is a few blocks from the Termini train station. It is a small hotel within an unmarked building. We walked right past it, but the owner, Renato, quickly found us. He was very friendly and helpful in all respects. The room was simple, quiet, nice and clean. The bathroom was also clean and new. There is no breakfast room or restaurant here, but a cappuccino and croissant were brought to us each morning in the room. I will likely return to this hotel if I come back to Rome.

“Parfait pour une découverte de la ville”

Hotel très agréable, confort tout à fait correct, petite cour sur laquelle donnait la chambre silencieuse, Rénato et Gisèle sont charmants et très compétents, leur anglais spaghetti s'est très bien accomodé de notre frenglish !! Seul bémol : la VMC de la salle de bains est très bruyante, mais c'est un petit détail, comparé au reste très satisfaisant ! Très bonne situation de l'hôtel, proche du metro, des bus, et même d'une supérette, bien pour les dépannages ! Je recommande vivement cet hôtel.
