Great location, you can walk everywhere within 20mins. The room and bathroom was a bit small, but was ok to sleep and be there comfortably. They allow you to store your luggage in the hallway where everyone has access so that’s not safe to do. I think that could be improved as it’s something they advertise. The manager was responsive on WhatsApp when we asked to change the password to our room.

Cute w great location
Very cute spot in a great location, steps from restaurants and transport. We had a plumbing issue and the host was very quick to respond and provided alternate option. Overall a great spot and I would come back

Excellent stay
Fantastic stay at CH. our room was even lovelier than the photos, with a lot of evidence of how much thought had been out into the design. High ceilings, lovely tiling in the bathroom, and great vibes. And even though the street below was quite lively at times, the windows provided great soundproofing when closed. Francesca was super helpful with answers to our questions, the cleaning staff did a great job, and we loved the neighborhood, which has great restaurants, walks, and shops all around. We will definitely stay here again when we come back to Rome.

Francesca and Roberto were excellent hosts and very welcoming on my arrival. However, I was caught by surprise by the late check in charge of EUR20, (I arrived an hour after they close check in) and mentioned to Hotels.com that this charge should appear in the main information about the property, not in the small print as the wording is also confusing because it stated Optional Charges. Anyhow, their property wasn’t as expected nor as depicted in the photos. No idea how other guests found it to be Excellent. I’ve stayed in many excellent properties and this certainly wasn’t one of them. There weren’t any toiletries nor a bath mat. It was also quite noisy in the room despite the windows being shut. I left after one night and asked for a refund for the remainder night and city tax but they weren’t willing to do so which was quite disappointing. They offered a discount for a next booking but I won’t be returning there in the future.

Dear Guest, The 20€ extra fee are due as you arrived after 6 pm as specified in the general infos, the way Expedia/hotels.com inform you of the charge is out of our control. In the bathroom you had a bath mat soaps shower caps and the room has all that is needed. What you’ve got matches exactly the pictures of the room and the features specified in our profile page, the neighboring rooms and the street outside were absolutely quiet, especially the time you spent there, there was no noise at all, as you are saying. What you expected is completely up to you and completely subjective, and all things considered I don’t see any real reason for refund. Regards, Francesca

Great stay, pretty room!
We had an amazing stay at Casa Heberart! The Flower Room was neat and tidy, great communication with the staff. Only downside was the extra fee for late check in but the fact that they kept our luggage for the day after check out was a bonus!

My wife and I (from Auckland New Zealand) stayed 3 nights. Location was excellent as we arrived by train from Venice and walked approx. 20 minutes. The location is excellent and we were able to walk or use the underground train system to where ever we wanted to go. The accommodation was excellent with the best ever breakfast delivered to our room every morning at the time we wanted. We would certainly recombed this accommodation and would love to stay again.

The best hotel in Rome by far. The location is just unbelievable! The bed was externally comfortable and we got our own balcony! The service was great but the location is simply unreal. I wouldn’t stay anywhere else!

The perfect place for a couple of nights, just a few steps away from Piazza Barberini and Piazza di Spagna. Looks like a newly-refurbished boutique hotel, with themed-rooms. I was given the Indian one: spacious, clean and colourful. Staff were friendly and professional. ++++

WORST HOTEL IN ROME
Most disgusting hotel experience of my life. Arrived at 3 PM, door locked, no one home. No front desk. After date for cancellation expired, new terms arrived by email. Dark, dank, dirty and smelly covered it up with a deodorant. Key the size of an elephant you have to carry around as there is no front desk Alone in horror house with no service. Check in after 9 PM a penalty. What if your flight is delayed? Too bad. The reason? BECAUSE THERE IS NO ONE THERE AND THEY HAVE TO SEND SOMEONE TO COME TO THE ROOM TO LET YOU IN!!! After the right to cancel expired we received an email "In order to give you a good service, please let us know your arrival time. We kindly remember you that check in time is from 2 pm to 9 pm, should you come later it would be better to inform us beforehand otherwise we are obliged to charge a penalty.In case you lose the keys we will charge an extra of € 150. Please note that we are not in the hotel category (e.g :we do not have a concierge, nor do we provide porters)" She speaks of good service. There was NO SERVICE. Bait and switch, misrepresentation, fraudulent use of my credit card. DO NOT STAY HERE. We didn’t.

Looking for something different? This is break from the standard hotel room.
The Casa Howard Suites are boutique hotels that have been described as similar to "staying at the home of your wealthy friend who is away for the weekend". Each location (3 total) has a small number of rooms, all decorated in unique styles. The service is outstanding and the locations (we stayed in Rome and Florence) are excellent in both cities. It was a great escape from the cookie-cutter hotel experience. The rooms and en suite bathrooms all have personality to spare.

Best of the best location!
All Rome sights are within walking distance. So, you can come to the hotel in the middle and rest easily. There is an elevator, which is very convenient. Both check-in and check-out were unattended, but it was very easy, and the information on luggage storage was detailed. Room condition was also very good. Clean and cute interior was very lovely and there were amenities. (Shampoo, body wash, toothbrush, etc.) The space was a bit on the small side, so there was no space for two people to walk around with their luggage unfolded. Ride the metro directly from the Rome train station and it's very close to the exit, so getting around the city is easy. A map of Rome is also provided. This is a Rome accommodation where everything was perfect. I want to stay here again next time!

Excelente localização
A localização do hotel é excelente. Fui a todos os lugares caminhando. Muitos restaurantes perto assim como é muito próximo do terminal de Roma. Em vinte minutos caminhando se chega ao hotel. A cama é maravilhosa, mas o box do banheiro é muito pequeno (aparentemente foi feita uma abertura na parede para a colocação do box) e acaba sendo desconfortável. Somente isso achei ruim. Optei por não tomar o café da manhã, pois queria comer na rua, mas acho que é bem bom (vi um dia sendo entregue no apartamento da frente).
