Tge location is perfect! Walking distance to all the major attractions, and plenty of restaurants around the area. And the public roman drinking water fountain right outside the door! The staff was super friendly, and the housekeeping service was excellent! Perfect for a family!
Love the Hotel, wonderful breakfast at a amazing price, staff is helpful, location devine. We ate at all the restaurants in immediate area and they were terrific.
Location is amazing, small hotel feel is very pleasant. Room was clean and simple, had everything we needed, no nonsense. Great view of piazza. The staff was very helpful. Helped us at every turn, getting taxi at 4:00 am, etc. Wonderful staff member made us fresh eggs and espresso at breakfast, thank you!
The property is more a apartment building than hotel but it’s very clean and the girls in the reception are friendly.
If you want to sleep well ask for room in first or second floor. The third floor is very loud.
The location is fantastic with walkable distances to attractions and some of the best eats in Rome. The little piazza out the door has some great ambiance and a great little cafe to catch a great Italian breakfast.

Quick check in
Close to Campo de Fiori which is convenient.
Room 303 is in an awful location right next to the kitchen and breakfast area so the loud noises are there early every morning. Would definitely avoid the 3rd floor.
Beds and pillows are tough, not comfortable.
Booked 3 rooms for 3 nights as one group, they wouldn’t even give us an 11am check out for 1 room.
Building is very old so the entrance is narrow and hidden and the 3 flights of stairs to climb are painful. Overall, would not recommend this place as it’s less of a hotel and more of a guest house.

Dear Guest, it is very clear online that we are a small, nice and cozy hotel right in the heart of downtown Rome. You might not know that buildings in downtown are historical buildings and they are known for their ancientness. Visiting Rome downtown and complaining that the building is old is very funny! Rome is wordly famous specifically for this reason and our building has such a historical importance to be under the protection of cultural heritage. For this reason we don't have an elevator but again! it is clear everywhere online that we don't have one. Best regards.
The hotel is in a great location. With restaurants, bakeries and the Campo Di Fiori market just steps away. The room was spacious and very comfortable for our family of four. Staff was very friendly and check in was a breeze. Do not hesitate to consider this property
The moment we walked up to Casa de’ Fiore we knew this was going to be exactly what we were hoping for! Martha was excellent! The joint restaurant down stairs was excellent! Live music outside for dinner was amazing! couldn’t ask for a nice host!! I recommend this place! very Romantic!!! veronica and daniel from California
Property was right in the middle of the action. Go downstairs and there’s tons of restaurants. Staff was nice and room was a descent size.
Cons
Wifi was spotty and hot water was hit or miss. Biggest issue is don’t stay on third floor if you want to sleep in. Breakfast is served there and you will be hearing tons of people by 7 am
This is the perfect hotel for a visit to Rome. Friendly staff, clean and comfortable rooms with air conditioning, and great location (safe at all hours, close to many tourist sites). We would definitely recommend this hotel and stay here again.
The front desk staff was BEYOND friendly, they stored our luggage for us after our stay was over before we went on to the next destination. There is a restaurant/cafe on the corner that has a very polite woman working there that brings the entire atmosphere together.
Casa de Fiori was a great find in a large city. It was perfectly located and so convenient. The room was large and fit four of us comfortably. The restaurant downstairs was excellent, as was the breakfast just outside our room one morning. I loved the artwork by the owner, and the staff could not have been more helpful. I would highly recommend this location.

We had the most amazing time! Perfect location, great view of the square, and perfect walking distance to restaurants, Trastevere, and famous sites. We will absolutely be staying here again when we return to Rome.

Thank you for your kind review. We were happy to have you with us. Hopefully we can host you in the future.
The location was very good right in the square the issue is finding it. It’s a nondescript door at the end of of the Square and we walked and walked and walked under my sister came out to the square to find us. The hotel itself doesn’t have an elevator you climb a spiral staircase. (that is disclosed. )
The breakfast was good in the morning, very simple but good. the staff were very nice. The room was a little cramped for three and it was difficult sleeping with the window open as there was a lot of activity in the square. overall a good value for the money.
Francesca went out of her way to be helpful with every need we had. The affiliated restaurant next door had the most pleasant and accommodating staff. The manager and Isabella were absolutely wonderful!
Right on the middle of Rome city, walking distance from pantheon and easy bus access to anywhere. On weekend there is a fresh fruit market at camper did fioro, 1 minute from hotel

Loved everything about our stay - the staff are wonderful and the amenities were perfecto!!
The location is so central to everything and you feel part of the vibrancy of Campo Di Fiori.
Stag were helpful and responded so beautifully to us - thoroughly recommend this hotel for a stay in Rome - will be back
We are family of four. Casa de Fiori was super convenient for us. Walk to all major historical sites with a local market pretty much at your front door. Easy access to heaps of restaurants, cafes and bars. The only negative for me was the pillows could have been better. Apart from that all was comfortable and although close to everything it was also quiet.

Very basic hotel. Breakfast room is very very small and cramped and not much of breakfast provided.

Dear guest, we are very sorry about your disappointment. Most of the people have a pleasant stay in our hotel. Breakfast is in Italian style, except for boiled eggs, we do not have cooked food, but jam, croissants, cakes, salami, cheese and bread, yogurt and cereals, as it corresponds to the Italian style. We hope we can make you happier in the future, best regards,
My wife and I chose to stay here for our 30th wedding anniversary had a wonderful time, the hotel staff were brilliant, and so attentive. Our room was clean tidy and very comfortable. Will be booking a room here again when we comeback next year.
