My room was spacious & clean. We were put into a smoking room the first night dispute our request for a non-smoking room. The hotel made the switch the next day and all was well. It was a little walk to the Terminus station about 10 mins so we took a taxi the days we had our luggage - about 13 Euros, not bad. Do watch for pick pockets in the Metros.

Tram 5 mins walk away takes you to piazza de popolo. Metro takes you anywhere. (Total =1.5 euro's for journey to coliseeum/ Vatican etc). Taxi fare (fixed price €48 on way in.... 58 € on way out as 'not in city walls). Probably should have booked transfer with Expedia instead). Superb 3night holiday. Lots of restaurants nearby & reasonable as out of city. Would definitely recommend the hotel/location & price.

Tres bonne surprise en découvrant notre hotel. Environ 25 min.

"Lovely hotel with good location and helpful staff"
Spent the last four days of my holiday in this lovely hotel. Stayed in a comfortable and very clean but small single room. Good breakfast and spacious lounge. Will certainly continue to stay in a BW hotel any country I go.

I have nothing negative to say about this hotel; our experience was fantastic. The staff were competent, helpful, responsive and friendly, and spoke English fairly well. It was an easy walk to a main public transportation terminal (Tiburtina Fs--about 1/2-2/3 mile) with a bus stop to terminal 1/2 block away, supermarket across the street, and eating places in nearby neighborhood and on main street through Tiburtina area (Via Tiburtina, between terminal and hotel). It is a short ride to sights in Rome. The area along route from terminal is ugly but felt safe, and is better on the other side of hotel. Breakfast provided was good, restaurant on site also good. It is a modern facility, and our room was large. Rental car agency nearby (on route to terminal) would be handy for those wanting to rent a car for part of stay.
