“Great Hotel!!! Look no further!!!”

We just got back from a 3 day trip in Rome (staying at the Spring House) and the hotel couldn't have been better! Perfect location, right around the corner (1 minute walk) from the Vatican steps and the Metro stop is a 5 minute walk away in which you can access any site in Central Rome. The staff couldn't have been more friendly/helpful. Breakfast is massive. Great Price, great location and lovely rooms! We haven't had the best of luck with booking online hotels but you will not be disappointed! STAY HERE!

“Wonderful Rome”

Hotel, was clean and friendly, staff were more than willing to help, great location 200 yrds from metro. Hotel staff arranged champagne and flowers upon arrival (I eamiled to order this), but it was all in place when i got there, also booked several resturants for us. Rooms were fairly small but had everything in them, along with robes and slippers !. Would recommend this to anyone who wanted a trouble free break !!!

“Pratique et confortable”

Hôtel trés propre, personnel trés courtois et attentionné. L'isolation phonique des chambres ainsi que le règlage de la climatisation sont à améliorer.Sinon, tout le reste n'appelle aucune critique.

“Charming”

The hotel service was very good. The rooms were neat and cosy; however, the shower recess was too small. Great location as it is a street away from the Vatican Museum. Staff were very accommodating. Included breakfast was good.

Excellent hotel will stay again. Has everything a traveller needs, from English speaking service minded staff to excellent location to excellent breakfast.

“Ideal location”

Very pleased with the hotel. It was very clean and comfortable and the staff were very pleasant and helpful. The location was ideal, very close to the Vatican and near to the metro line.

“Will be my first choice when in Rome again.”

Very clean and new rooms, quiet street. Stayed in a Family room (2 adjoining rooms) with 5 people and did not feel crowded - rooms were a good size, although the bathrooms were a bit small. Staff and service was excellent. For Americans, don't think "Best Western" - much better than the usual chain hotels. Stayed in a few other hotels in Italy, but this was by far the most comfortable.

“Great Place to Stay”

We spent 12 nights at this hotel and recommend it. The location is ideal and the service was very good. The staff was extremely helpful. This was our first visit to Rome and we will be back again and to this hotel.

“Rome hidden treat”

Best Western Spring Hill hotel in Rome was a great place to stay. It is just two blocks away from the Vatican Museum and two blocks from the Metro station. The room was very nice. We went with the triple that provided a queen size bed and a single bed in the room. Bath room, while small, was fine with a nice little shower, etc. Hotel stay came with a wonderful breakfast each morning. Hotel also provides each room with two complimentary bottles of water each day to take with you on your sightseeing. Hotel staff were wonderful to us. They arranged for our pick up at the airport and our return. They were all pleasant and helpful. Christmas time is a great time to visit.

“You can't fault it...”

Fantastic. Very friendly service, even let us look at an upgraded room if we wanted to take it. Small Hotel but it is in Rome. If you want to be close to the Vatican then this is the Hotel. It's know more that 150yds from the entrance to the museum. Its a very warm,friendly Hotel- very clean and tidy... Ohh and a great breakfast included.... Just a walk round the corner and there are a plenty of places to eat... 5min walk to the metro so easy access to the main places in Rome.
