“Visit 2-19-12 through 3-4-12”
First time visiting this hotel in Roma. Perfect location for me (and others) to get to all parts of the City and beyond. Tram 8 stop just outside the hotel entrance, as well as access to the 170, 780, H and 3 buses; and, Trastevere train station 3 blocks away. People often think Trastevere is not accessible to other parts of historic Rome when in reality, it is the perfect location to start from. Tram 8 ends at Largo Argentina which is close and walkable to Pantheon, Piazza Navona and Campo di Fiore. And, A market just around the corner and many great cafe's/bars within walking distance. And, come Sundays, the flea market is a short walk from the hotel. Would stay here again.
“Clean Simple Efficent”
Very simple compared to rooms in the United States, they have a desk a tv a bed and a bathroom, no nightstand no alarm clock not even a pencil or a pen with a notepad like you find in most hotels here. The WiFi is free but you have to create a free account and log on to the network, about every ten mins or so, free but a little bit of a hassle. The breakfast has a decent variety and is €6,90 that is said 6 euro ninety cents, they do not use a decimal like we do here, in Europe, for them its the reverse of our decimal and comma in the United States. It is a reasonable neighborhood tram stop right out front that takes you to city center, where you can pick up public transit to most places. Oh the bathroom has a bidet inform yourself how to use one before you just try it out.
“Bruyant !!!!!”

Area:
Trastevere - Monteverde, Rome, Italy: Across the River Tiber, Trastevere is a well-established boho chic quarter, full of local character. The patchwork of tiny, cobbled streets houses many bars, good restaurants and buzzing nightlife spots. There is also a treasure trove of medieval churches. In its own piazza, the beautiful Santa Maria in Trastevere has shimmering golden mosaics and was probably Romes first Christian basilica, founded in 222 AD.
