“Really shabby”

-no internet connection -no tv -no dvd -no mini-bar in the room as stated in the offer. The Manager was informed but did not find a remedy. Flushing the toilet (last 2 days) made stinky water come out of the shower (i can prove this by a video i could send you). The room and the bathroom were very dirty (i can prove this by pictures i took) and shabby. We also had silverfishes in the bathroom.
