Dear Kat, as already tried to explain you, with evidently no result, our chek in times goes from 1 pm to midnight. Any early, and above all late check in, has to be requested in advance and agreed with the property. This means in a few words that if you show up at 2 am without requesting this specific service in advance, you probably will find nobody because we don't have a 24 hour service (we are a family run guesthouse and not a hotel) and after midnight in lack of any other information, we consider it a no show and close the check in. Concerning the loss of the wallet and the door, the story as you told it is simply not true: - Any door of our guesthouse has a normal key that is given to guest and only requires to be properly used to lock - Any room has a safebox - When you told us in the morning that your wallet was disappeared with the credit cards, the passports and the cash the day before when you laft it in the room, we immediately invite you to report it to the local police to block the credit cards and report the passport numbers. You refused to do it and that sounded very strange to us. After you left we found left on your table two credit card tickets from a restaurant made the night before at a restaurant (which we saved and we are ready to show if needed). So if your card and was with you in the night (which tourist goes out leaving cards and cash in hotel?) how could it "disappear" from your room? In simple words: you are free to review our guesthouse the way you like but you can't tell that certain things happen in our house. We care very much of our reputation about honesty and we'll surely take any possible action to defend our reputation about it.

Ci spiace che il soggiorno non sia stato di suo gradimento ma ci teniamo a puntualizzare due cose: la posizione, che lei definisce pessima, avrebbe potuto e dovuto valutarla prima della prenotazione: l'uso di Google Maps è davvero alla portata di tutti. Per quanto riguarda la colazione, offriamo quanto possibile in rapporto alle leggi italiane che ci impongono solo prodotti pre confezionati e alle tariffe che, come certamente avrà apprezzato, sono estremamente concorrenziali in rapporto ai servizi offerti.
