“Great Start to a Cruise from Civitavecchia”
The pick up from the airport was great - we arranged this directly with the hotel and then had a free transfer to the Port to pick up our cruise - the hotel were really well set up for dealing with people who were starting Cruises. The staff were all very friendly and spoke great English. The rooms were comfortable.
“Convenient and accomodating”
Room was spotless and very modern. Great breakfast and shuttle to cruise ship included. Thanks to the night clerk for sending a shuttle to pick us up at the train station upon our arrival late in the evening. Couldn't have asked for a nicer place to stay.

We booked a regular room and we recieved a suite. The reception staff were extremely helpful and even helped us find a place to dine at 10PM.
“Great value”
We were so surprised. When we arrived we found the hotel had upgraded us to a suite and it was lovely. It was very nice with a full kitchen and a clothes washer. We were only sorry that we had booked just one night here and had to leave in the morning for tour we had scheduled. Staying here will not be a mistake.

Excellent hotel services, very helpful staff, clean rooms, free shuttle to the port (3 km distance), and pay shuttle to the airport (1 hour drive).

Very friendly, helpful, competent staff. Very clean, well appointed, air-conditioned room. The prompt, free shuttle between sister hotel for a good evening meal (a suggestion offered and booked by the Traiano) and the embarkation point in the morning after a plentiful breakfast was a great help to maximise our short time in the port. We would recommend this hotel to our family and friends. GLUTEN FREE DIET REQUESTS NO PROBLEM.

Great place to stay if your leaving the cruise ship port. They will take to the port.
“Convenient hotel for cruise ship passengers”
We loved this hotel as the jump off point for our cruise. While not luxurious, it is very comfortable and reasonable. Standard continental breakfast, very helpful staff (speak english)and they provide shuttle service to the port. Would definitely stay there again.
“good hotel, good price”
Room we had was huge with big windows opening to wrap balcony. The bed was harder but okay. The room was very clean. Euro style breakfast but lots. Shuttle to cruise terminal can be booked when you check in the day before cruise. Not an easy walk from train. Uphill and twisty roads. Cost 10Euro for taxi. Not in tourist district. Restaurants limited. Nice place and staff very friendly.
“Can't wait to go back”
The staff were so helpful and accommodating, this is really what made it a real pleasure to stay there. I was upgraded to a suite which was impeccably clean. It was perfect for what I needed and very close to all amenities. I fully recommend this hotel and its staff.
