This hotel is nice if you have a flight at CDG. The free shuttle to the airport is easy and convenient. Not much to do around the hotel and getting into Paris is difficult, you'd have to take trains from the airport or a taxi for about 60 euros! So, it's a good transit hotel but not so great for seeing Paris.
Room service was ridiculously overpriced! 21 euros for a burger!
We use regularly this hotel when we have an early flight, or a late landing in Charles de Gaulle airport. Hotel shuttles to and from the airport are free, rooms are comfortable and large. So a very good value in general.
The hotel is a handy place to stay the night before returning to Canada from CdG. It removes a lot of stress to know that you are a quick shuttle bus ride from the airport. The hotel is a first class facility and the pool is especially nice at the end of a long day travelling or to begin the return trip day. The staff are courteous and helpful, and the rooms quiet and well furnished.
The staff was very accommodating to schedule adjustment, providing information on ground transportation options, and giving local sightseeing advise. The in-hotel restaurant had an excellent informal menu that was well prepared and delicious. The morning breakfast is less expensive if paid in advance and offered an excellent selection.
Clean, quiet, comfortable, modern, spacious ( for France)
A nice surprise is the lovely village of Roissy only 5 minute walk away. It has a variety of restaurants and bistros. Allows the weary traveller an option to skip boring hotel food.
Northeast of Paris, Roissy-en-France is home to a quarter of the land at Charles de Gaulle International Airport. Suburban trains and buses service Paris. Otherwise, Roissy is mostly a Paris bedroom community.
