Très joli hôtel de charme à la décoration raffinée. Grande chambre avec petit patio privé à l'arrière. Petit déjeuner agréable à l'extérieur.

Motel charmant, accueil un peu sec au check-in, mais le lendemain tout s'est amélioré. Les chambres sont belles et propres. Le motel est placé en bord de mer et proche de la route principale.

Stayed for a quick overnight trip. Beautiful location, very welcoming staff, and very clean. Only improvement would be to doublecheck the coffee pods - my room only had decaf on a day when full caf was definitely needed. Thank you for a great stay

This may well be a hidden gem. Nice clean rooms, small refrigerator in the room and coffee maker. The location has guest laundry service. The breakfast location has nice music playing and good continental selections. The staff is so helpful. We would stay here again!

The location is lovely, the grounds are well kept and the rooms are simple and straightforward but need serious updating. The carpet needs to be changed, it was moldy and very old. The bathtub drain needed repair and the AC unit was very loud. This would be a charming vintage motel but the room really smelled bad because of the old carpeting. Hot water worked but ran out very quickly. Love this motel but it needs TLC.

There was not a proper shower curtain in the bathroom. The window blinds were broken and would not close. We were there for one night, so decided to overlook this inconvenience. The hotel has so much potential, please work on the repairs.

Friendly, quite motel. Very happy with accommodations. If they didn't have it ie drinks they offered to get some from a nearby gas station.

Its early in the season but there was no shower curtain or batteries in the remote for the tv. Not a big deal and we could have asked for them had we been staying longer.

The whole facility was well maintained and had lovely landscaping and some fall decor. The check in and out was quick and easy. Didn’t have to pay a security deposit, etc. It had a nautical flair that was carried through into our room. Our room met our needs perfectly…comfy bed, good shower, great towels, etc. Breakfast was good and showed attention to detail in its presentation. If we are in the area again, we will stay here and pass the word on to other family members. Thank you

The woman at the desk who checked us in was very pleasant and helpful. She recommended several nice restaurants and we chose one of her recommendations. Turned out great. The room was small but very nice. It was like a little cabin in a string of attached cabins with it's own front porch. Breakfast was outside on a porch attached to the office and was quite good. My wife and I only stayed one nigth but were happy with our visit and would recommend Glen Cove to other travelers.

Very charming room and nice front desk personnel. The only downsides were that the room did not have a microwave and we did not get very hot water, even after running it for quite some time (and I hate wasting water!)

We were there for a wedding at the Samoset; couldn't ask for a better location. It was very clean, comfortable and perfect location. The owners put out a lovely continental breakfast every morning that you can eat on outdoor patio or bring back to your room. Homemade waffles, muffins, coffee, juice. Beautiful little hike down to the cove right on the property. Everyone that works there was so nice and accommodating. Loved our stay. Will definitely return!!

This is a perfect family oriented property. It was quiet and we felt very safe staying here. We also loved the location as it was driving distance to Bar Harbor and Boothbay Harbor.

Is between several quaint towns with restaurants and shopping. A sweet getaway that takes me back to decades ago. Very well kept and attentive staff. Beautiful grounds.

this was a fun and quiet place to stay. The breakfast was very good. The room was a little worn out and could use some attention, especially to the rust on the heat register in the bathroom. The bed was too hard, which is difficult to imagine since I like firm beds. The pillows were also too firm.

Very charming inn which makes for very pleasant stay. Room clean, efficient, relaxing. Only issue is tight shower stall. Although breakfast choices similar to usual options offered by other properties, options more palatable (yogurt with fresh fruits, coffee better tasting, etc). Friendly and helpful staff. Good value for money.

It was a nice place and scenic. A lot of options close by, but the main road is pretty busy. Everything dumps on and off the main road all along these highways.

Wir haben das Glen Cove auf der Durchreise für eine Übernachtung gebucht. Das Zimmer war sauber und es gab ausreichend Handtücher, Pflegeprodukte, einen Fön und einen Kühlschrank. Unser Zimmer (31) war sehr ruhig. Das Frühstück war auf der Terrasse angerichtet und für ein Motel überraschend gut. Mehrere Sorten Kaffee und Tee, Eier, Müsli mit frischem Obst, Waffeln … Beim nächsten Besuch würden wir ein Zimmer ohne Teppich buchen.

The property was clean and employees were helpful and friendly. Just a bit of advice. If you want clean towels and your trash removed dont put the "Do Not Disturb" tag on your outside door knob. They will only remove the towels if you place them on the floor in the bathroom. Most guests always put their towels on the racks to dry either at home or in a hotel room and not on the floor to dry. Great breakfast!

Glen Cove was an impressive property. Before we even realized it was our place, my husband and I commented on how lovely it was. The front desk staff were so helpful and just nice as could be. Our room was very nice. The only negative I could say is that the carpet was outdated and had a hint of an old smell. But other than that, it was extremely clean and comfortable! We would definitely recommend this property!
