“Good hotel”
THe rooms were nicely done.
“Excepectional Treatment”
I arrivied early for check in, Thanksgiving day but was greeted with a smile and was told we will get you right in. Just the warmth, the can do attitude and the smile made the travel on this holiday good.

All the first impressions were quality and comfort. Most other motel/hotels are single stories so being on 7th floor was expectations of lesser quality. We were not able to stay long so the shower and beds were most important to us. All the lobby and computer, pool, and work out facilities were overlooked. The individual room was large, clean and exceeded our requirements. The bed was large and soft and clean and four pillows were provided. This was a pleasant stay. The parking lot was clean and large enough to accomodate local street repair trucks. It was nice to have a Burger King off the parking lot to catch a breakfast sandwich.

“Rockford Holiday Inn”
Overall, the hotel was fine. Excellent for traveling to O'Hare with the bus stopping there. Lots of local restaurants & shopping. Night desk clerk was rude and sarcastic.
“OK hotel”
Hotel was nice and clean but was upset when we went to the pool with our kids and the water was cold the heater had been out for 1 week and they never said anything when we booked it.

“Nice room...but disappointed”
The description of this Hotel was "Recently remodeled" The room was nice,clean,and the Hotel Staff was friendly and helpful, however we were extremely disappointed when we were woken up 3 days in a row at 7am by beeping contruction cranes painting the outside of the building! The last day there I was awoken at 3pm in the afternoon (I was taking a nap since I was up at 7am) by 2 men painting on my 4th floor window ledge! Certainly not something you would expect.
