I specifically chose this property because it had a pool. There was a premium because there was an IHSA sporting event that weekend, so prices were even higher. When I arrived, the pool was not open. This was WAY overpriced for what I got, particularly because the reason I chose it-- the pool- was not what I got and was charged for. NOT SATISIFIED.

The gentleman at the front desk was very nice. The condition of the room was dirty the tub had hair in it and the comforter had yellow stains all over it. The gentleman at the front desk brung us a new comforter but it just didn't seem like housekeeping changed the bedding at all it was disgusting. The last night we were there it was a party on our floor and many people hanging out in the hallway screaming and making noise. The smell of alcohol and weed was horrible.

The TV had NO signal. They came up to check it out but couldn't fix it. So, no TV. Tried to shower and there wasn't any hot water. We were advised to let the shower run for a long time. We did and eventually we got lukewarm water at best. The pool said it was closed for maintenance but never opened. Overall, lacking in the basics one would expect.
