“It was a very good hotel”

“Best Airport Option”
If you will be getting around Rochester by car during your visit after flying to the airport, this is definitely a best bet hotel. The staff is friendly and efficient, rooms kept quite nice, and the breakfast facility is spacious (and well-stocked!). Location is optimal for accessing all main arteries, while maintaining relative seclusion. Not much to do close by, but you're downtown in 10 minutes.
“Made me feel comfortable a long way from my home.”
I was so appreciative of the hotel's offer to pick me up and return me the following morning to the train station in Rochester. They also had freshly baked cookies at the counter and told me to take as many as I wanted. I entertained a couple of relatives in my room that evening, and the cookies were a big plus.
“Excellent accomodations for the price.”
The complimentary breakfast was great. The room and amenities were great and we appreciated a complimentary daily newspaper. My only criticism was that one day we did not leave our room until about 11:00 a.m. On that day, no one came in to tidy up at all. We removed the "Do not disturb" sign upon leaving. We had no clean towels and had to go to the desk for some. We were also thankful for the airport shuttle service.

Have been to this hotel many times. The most recent visit we left car parked at hotel and flew to Florida. The staff are very kind and helpful. Our top hotel for the Rochester Area!!
“Helpful Friendly staff made all the difference”
When I arrived at the hotel, I had family business, fatigue and tension. During my entire stay desk clerks, restaurant personnel, maids and breakfast room staff made what could have been a very lonely time into one with comfort and personal assistance that was fortifying and heartwarming.

“GREAT STAY”
The room was perfect however the cable choices were very slim. The breakfast was absolutely fabulous. Eggs sausage and biscuits and gravy and all the milk and juice and cereal we wanted. Highly recommend this hotel!
