We traveled from Florida for a Quinceañera. The hotel was clean with friendly and accommodating staff. This location was the definition of convenient. Right off the highway with TONS of food options. There’s even a mall just down the street. We got picked up by the local transportation called RTS On Demand and got to a from the mall for just $1 pp each way. Amazing!

My bathroom was disgusting. Clearly they didn’t clean behind the sink handles/on mirror because there was like toothpaste/soap splatter. I wanted to love it here. I was so dissapointed.

The bartender was awesome. The front desk associate told us NOTHING about the hotel. We paid for an upgraded room but couldnt figure out the upgrades

Chose this place from the name Marriott Airport. Thought Marriott would be a more nicer, cleaner, upscale place. It was not. And it was not that close to the airport to have the airport in its name. Pool and hot tub were both green. Tons of kids in hot tub and very noisy. Check in lady not pleasant as well. Won’t be back

Pool and hot tub lacked proper chemicals and I did not get in. Room had a lot of wear and tear and beds were small.

The front desk clerk (Sarah) was very accommodating, considering the pool has closed earlier in the day. She not only made my grandsons happy with free breakfast, but called the neighboring hotel and asked if the kids could swim there. That was great customer service. Then this morning asked if everything went well.

I’ve stayed at this hotel before and I’ve always enjoyed my stay however this time I’m very disappointed. I paid extra to have a “concierge” room which was described as having a “separate bedroom”
When I went to my room I noticed the room was identical to the basic rooms I’ve stayed in previously. It was very important to me to have the extra space as I’m traveling with a toddler and newborn, when my husband spoke to the staff about the issue they told him they were out of larger rooms and that there was nothing they could do about it. End of discussion.

I made my reservation through Expedia and the hotel front desk still charged me 50.00 per night (a total of 150.00 for my three nights). I was extremely disappointed with that. And because my reservation was through Expedia - I was told I couldn't receive the complimentary breakfast - as I didn't pay standard room rates. I will not be back. There really is no incentive to return.
Also the shower curtains are too narrow - and the bathroom floors get wet - and the bottom of the bathroom door is rotting in Room 405.

Wonderful breakfast. Staff was great....Room was very cold, and cold air was spewing into the room from the lower portion of the in - wall heating unit. It took 3 hours forcthecroom to get up to 68° thermostat setting.
Night manager was not helpful in giving us a different room.
The staff was very friendly and helpful. We were tired from the weather delays and travel hassles but the fact the desk clerks were smiling and patient was great. There was a hockey tournament apparently filled with 10yr boys which added to the noise factor understandably. My only suggestion is more food options within the hotel would be a good addition for someone like me. We had to wait for the restaurant to open at 5pm and hadn't been able to grab something before leaving the airport.
This is an amazing hotel. However there were kids running around all over the place with no adult supervision and being loud. My room had one of those locked door dividers, but I could hear everything in the other room, including their kids at 7am. Walked out to my truck at 10 last night and people were smoking weed in the parking lot. The worst managed Marriott property I’ve ever stayed at.
