Hospitality was excellent..free shuttle to Mayo and back..great staff working there. I would stay again. Didnt do breakfast there Its an extra charge.

Over-all nice facility, however the beds were too firm and the TV counter in the room was covered with coffee stains. Friendly helpful staff. Great location for our visit

Property has construction underway in the lobby, but our fourth floor room was clean, in excellent condition, and quiet. Staff members were extremely helpful and there is a courtesy car back and forth to Mayo locations if needed. The only onsite parking is valet, but the third street ramp public covered parking is only a block away(shorter than a standard block distance). It was convenient, even though off site. Both the hotel and the public parking garage connect to the downtown skywalk. There is not an off street entry in front of the hotel, street parking only, so plan people and luggage unloading accordingly. Since our use of the lobby was minimal, construction was not an issue for us and it appears it will be quite nice when complete. And kudos to the staff. Every one we came in contact with was helpful and courteous. We would stay again.

The garden Hilton in Rochester was an amazing. Staff was polite and socialiable always smiling and helpful. We needed to go to the Mayo and he said you can always the skyway and showed us where to go everywhere we need to go we could use the sky way. Valet staff was Jonny on the spot even with the weather. Staff was very engaging which was so nice other places we’ve stayed the staff were stuffy and non engaging, construction was going on but you could barely tell. Room was fanstastic and the bed was so comfy. We will definatly stay here when we come back 5 stars

Left a bad taste. Hotel is being renovated, specifically, the tile floors are being removed today by a handheld jackhammer. You can hear it throughout the hotel. I asked for late checkout, front desk said "no." I said not even an hour, and again was told "no." It would have been nice to know in advance about the construction. Would have been nice if the front desk permitted late checkout. I'm guessing the hotel was less than 1/2 full.

Our room was right next to an exit to the skywalk area. Very noisy. Their guest service site needs to be updated. It showed you could order room service from two restaurants and actually one of the restaurants is permanently closed. The Expedia site shows free breakfast which isn’t true. Again guest service site needs alot of updating.

The hotel was fine. We had to ask for a Roku for the tv. When we asked the first time, they just said some rioms have them. Turns out you have to just specifically ask to get one. Customer service was okay but valet was usually pretty slow. They never seemed happy about doing it. Pool and hot tub were decent. Rooms were pretty good and with skyway to Mayo, we would stay here again.

Took advantage of the shuttle to the Mayo clinics. Best part since then we did not have to worry about parking and stayed warm. -tempatures in the negative levels.

We always stay here for our visits to Mayo Clinic. The accessible rooms are large enough to move a wheelchair around easily. Since it is connected to the skyway, we never have to go outside to go back and forth to the clinic. The staff is very accommodating to our needs. We sometimes have to stay longer than expected for another appointment.

Clean and quiet property. Staff was pleasant and helpful. Very convenient to skyway and then subway to Mayo. Only issue was the accessible shower had a broken seal at the base and leaked water all over bathroom floor. Could be hazardous but we placed a bunch of towels along the outside to absorb it as it leaked out.

Entire staff is amazing! Valet was amazing, front desk was amazing, staff working at breakfast was amazing. Our room was very clean! My only concern was there was a salamander that came up from our shower drain .. It went back into it before we could get a picture to show the front desk. Other than that we had no issues or concerns with anything!

Great location
We have stated this hotel a few times and really enjoy it. The staff is always friendly and the rooms are always comfortable. Brandy the bartender was great and super fun. Overall a great trip and perfect location for our downtown getaway.

The experience was fine overall. However, I opted to valet our car, which was flat fee of $21/day. The average parking around the area I was told is $13/day. I wanted the convenience as we were only there for 3 nights and had several activities to go to. All but the very first night and next morning I was simply handed my own keys back and told to grab it from the back lot. This was irritating as I paid for a service, not just a parking spot.upon check out (we left very early) I checked out, told the front desk my car was in the valet lot and then walked out the front for someone to bring our car. We stood outside for 10 mins waiting. The doors were locked to get back in, im sure for nighttime security, so I called the desk again to remind the man I had checked out with that I was still waiting for my car. He told me just to get it from the valet lot out back. I had to further explain that was impossible because THEY had my keys.
