“Very Satisfied”

The room and the hotel is very clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet is very good. If you stay for more than one night, I would recommend getting a room on the backside of the hotel away from S. Broadway, the main street that runs through downtown as the traffice noise gets trapped between the Hotel and the taller Holiday Inn directly across the street. Overall, very satisfied with my stay and will definately choose this hotel again. Would recommend to others. They have limited parking behind the hotel for a nominal fee which was very convenient as I didn't have to park in a Municipal lot a block away.

Great Hotel! Easy access to Mayo. Right downtown so a bit loud from the traffic, but the service more than made up for that. Highly recommended!

“HGIs are nice”

My only complaint about the stay was a musty smelling room. Otherwise it was very comfortable.

“Right Location, Right Price, Nice Hotel”

We were visiting a relative at the Mayo Clinic. The Hotel was close and the price was right when I checked for availability via Expedia. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel and the amenities available. The Front Desk staff was very friendly and courteous and the same was true for the Lobby Bar staff.

“Just right...Would recommend a stay”

This hotel is centrally located in downtown (such as it is) Rochester, in close proximity to the Mayo Clinic facilities. The hotel personnel were very polite and welcoming. Room was more than adequate, as was pool and fitness center. I will keep it on my "return" list.
