“Very good value”

Bring a hair dryer and toiletries (shampoo, etc.). These were not included so we had to pick them up.

“Nothing Fancy but Nothing Wrong”

We were just in town for one night. It's nothing fancy. Looks a little nicer from the outside and hallways but the rooms are very basic and no frills. If you don't plan to be in your room much and just need a place to sleep, it's just find. The kitchenette is small but would work fine for a short stay. We could hear our neighbor's TV but that happens at a lot of places. Staff was fine.

“Good value.”

Mayo schuttle worked out well. Too bad it only goes every hour.

“Extended Stay Rochester - South”

This property needs much more attention to detail when it comes to cleaning. The carpet in the room was so disgusting that I would not walk around without shoes on and I'm not a clean freak. The hallway near the elevator was also quite filthy. Overall, this property is showing a lot of wear and tear and less attention to cleanliness than its Rochester North counterpart which I also recently stayed at.

“Great, but couldn't sleep”

Everything was great, but the blower moter of the heating unit turned on and off with the thermostat. Therefore the blower was on for 1 minute and off for 5, which for me means no sleep. I could sleep with the blower on at all times or off all the time, but the on/off sound I can't live/sleep with. Sorry but except for that everything else was very good.

“Not a good choice”

The room was not comfortable, the hallways were dirty and smelled of smoke. I would not stay here again.

“misled about type of room”

Clerk was friendly and room was clean, but would've appreciated being notified about the change in accomodations since my husband and I are both large people and the availability of the king-sized bed was a determining factor in selecting this hotel.

“Dissapointed”

The hotel manager wouldn't cancel an extended stay we ended up not needing, with plenty of warning, and the hotel was actually SOLD OUT AND HAD A WAITING LIST FOR THOSE DAYS! Also, cleaning the room is $10 extra! Thats like selling a car and charging extra for the wheels!

“Not dog friendly, or any other kind of friendly”

Beginning with a grumpy rude desk agent at check in who very unceremoniously told me to get my dog out of the lobby (at this allegedly dog friendly hotel)did not put me in a very good mood about this hotel. The halls were filthy and stunk of tobacco. They charge $25 per night for the dog and $5 for Internet access, and have one hotel cart for the entire facility. Given a choice I would go for La Quinta. They don't charge extra for anything, the rooms are nicer, the employees are nicer and they seem to be well maintained.
