“Nice Place”
It's nice to have a full kitchen. Actually we didn't use it and I would guess most people don't, but when we go back, I'll be spending a week instead of one night, so I will use it then.

“Very Happy..would stay again..very nice”
I stayed for 4 nites while in town for a wedding and I really enjoyed my stay here. I actually liked the idea of not having maid service knocking on your door. The Bed was extremely comfy. Close to mall and shopping. Really clean, front staff great!

“I am not a wealthy person but...”
I am not a wealthy person and was going to Rochester for the Mayo Clinic. I thought it was better then I expected for my money. If you have a lot of money then you can afford the richie hotels, but my Mother, husband and I was very satisfied. I needed a place to stay and we don't have a lot of money but I did receive a quality stay. THANKS!!!!
“GREAT PLACE TO STAY !!!!!!”
very clean and friendly place to stay. we were only there one night and still treated very well. listened to other people that said the same. will stay there again. it is a block away from an excellent sports bar, that has great food, at reasonable prices. we stayed next door at comfort inn and suites before. will stay here next time.
“Great for a night or a Mayo Clinic stay”
I only spent a night here but the service was good the room was large and extremely clean! Everything worked as it should and there was nothing at all wrong with the room. My only issue was the more than $4 a night for WiFi, but I just went to dinner at a restaurant with WiFi and that solved the issue. GREAT place to stay and if I need to go back to Rochester I will certainly book here.

This was our first stay at an Extended Stay Hotel and the location and price were very affordable. We shall be staying at one of these hotels again

I only spent one night there, but if you had to have an extended stay, the kitchenette would be wonderful. It was great to have the facility even to fix my one meal, breakfast, instead of having to spend money at a restuarant. The help I did talk to, where friendly and helpful. The room was clean and the temperature was comfortable.
“Quite, clean and I will go back!”
I was not familiar with any hotels in the area so I did an online search. I was mostly looking for a great rate and I found it at ESA South. I was worried that because the rate was so low, the quality of the hotel would be as well. But, I was very pleasantly surprised. The hotel was the cleanest one I have stayed in; and I have stayed at a lot of more expensive hotels in the past. The room was well equipped and I found it to be very quiet. The location was right off the highway and was easy to get to and from. The front desk personnel was very pleasant and provided me with great directions. I recommended ESA South to my employer to use in the future.
