“OK, but minimal services”

Compared to other hotels, this was the cheapest, and of course it was a suite. Since this consisted ENTIRELY of suites, I shouldn't have been surprised that there are virtually no centrally provided services, such as complimentary breakfast, free coffee in lobby, central game room, or even lobby rest room. $4.99 one time fee for internet service is fair. There were charges for all non-local calls. At least there was a free shuttle bus to Mayo Clinic. However, I would have liked a small gym room with some weight and cardio machines.

“It was OK, better than many”

For the money this hotel lived up to its ratings by other guests. Our room was clean and tidy and the staff were polite and ready to help. Too bad the jackets provided to the desk workers look more like something the cleaning staff would wear rather than those in customer service. All in all this hotel is all right.

“Rochester visit”

Location convenient to shopping. Pleasant staff. Nothing fancy but room was quiet and comfortable. Areas for smoking rooms and pets were properly isolated so non-smoking room was fresh and clean. Nicely equipped kitchenette. Would stay again. Price was reasonable.

“Cheap & Easy”

I have stayed here 2 - 4 times a year, every time I am in Rochester, for the past 4 years and have never had an issue. I only wish they had an outdoor pool.......

“A Good Value and a Nice Room for the Price”

It's what you would expect from a room that you pay less than $60 a night for. The staff was fairly friendly, although we had to stand at the front desk and wait to be noticed both checking in and checking out. The beds were pretty firm, and I wish I had gotten some extra pillows. The room was clean and everything was in working order. Not a bad deal if you're just passing through or staying for a night or two. It's a very convenient location and the hotel was quiet. I feel like we got a bit more than we paid for - I've definitely stayed in worse hotels for the same price.

“Happy. Nothing major, it's a hotel ...”

Happy. Nothing major, it's a hotel ... I have been to much worse. I have been to much better. After a while it's not all that relavant. Would liked to have had a King room, none available.
