“Extremely impressed”

We've never been more impressed with the cleanliness of rooms and genuine helpful, friendly attitudes of staff. The Econolodge made us almost forget we were in town for a medical appointment! It was an inviting oasis of comfort and rest, where we felt everything was spotlessly clean, there was 24-hour hot water for a huge variety of tea, and the breakfast was very good. We have already booked our rooms for our next stay. Thank you to the owners and staff for going out of their way to give us a 5-star experience.

“Great hotel, great price”

I've stayed here for two different stays. It is extremely easy to find, parking is free, the clinic shuttle stops at the front door, the breakfast is great and the staff are friendly. The rooms are REALLY CLEAN and I'm picky about these things. Obviously they are too! Overall, I am very pleased and would recommend this hotel for anyone's stay in Rochester.

“Very nice hotel”

The room was clean and nice, the bed comfortable, and it has shuttle service to and from Mayo and St. Mary's every hour through the day. Staff was friendly and helpful.

“Econolodge...Economy stay and services”

This hotel was well equiped with a friendly staff. However, unlike other hotels, this place had many services that were by request only. This isn't too bad, usually. Unfortunately for me, I couldn't get an iron and ironing board to iron out my clothes for a funeral I was attending. These things are minor, but still frustrating.

“Great experience at an inexpensive hotel”

I just wanted a clean and moderately priced hotel room for the night. The Econo Lodge Rochester was perfect for what we needed. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of my room and the hotel. The staff was ready for my late arrival and was very friendly and professional. I will stay there again.

“Just OK”

The hotel staff were very nice and accomodating. The hotel doesn't have an elevator, so be prepared to walk up the stairs if your room is on the 2nd floor. The beds were hard and uncomfortable.
