“Country inn”
Everyone there was so nice and helpful. They serve wonderful breakfast food and they have a shuttle to and from the airport and Mayo clinic.

Room very spacious & elegant.No odd smells in room. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. Allot of choices.Breakfast time was very busy with people. Didn't hear any complaints from others. Highly recommend this hotel.

“Nice place, but could use a better bed...”
Was a pretty nice stay. Great location. Nice, clean room. Friendly staff. Internet available. Bed was uncomfortable and pillows flimsy. A good sleep is primary for a hotel stay, and better beds and pillows would go a long way. Otherwise, would recommend.
“Seemed fine”
I had no complaints. Good location near Hwy 52 and IBM. Looked well kept and maintained. Room had fridge and microwave in a neat arrangement. Desk staff seemed nice at check in and check out.
“Under renovation”
The staff did their best under very inconvenient conditions. The entire hotel was undergoing renovation, breakfast room was unusable and a very basic breakfast was set up in the lobby area. Workmen moved back and forth through the hallways and public areas and some were even attempting to lay tile in the entry during the day when guests were arriving and departing. I'm sure it will be much better when work is completed, but to subject guests to these conditions (and charge standard rates with no apology) was anything but welcoming.
“Disappointed.”
The beds were quite comfortable, which was the most important. The place looked new. However, The carpeting in the room was stained, there was some lingering cleaning odor in the room, and the lamp fixtures seemed flimsy, as if they could easily break or fall off the wall. The Continental Breakfast room was too small and cramped for the number of guests trying to get something to eat.
