I asked for room service and I never had it. I asked The front desk why I didn’t received my room service and he gave me a really bad answer. Their answer was” the cleaning service didn't have time to do my room service”. We didn’t have toilet paper for the last day staying there. Really disappointed with the service. The worst part is that we spent a lot of money to be threatened as we weren’t paying for the hotel.

Facilities are dated; bath towels are small; breakfast was basic not fresh; no shampoo in shower although there was a bottle of conditioner; no daily housekeeping unless you request it! Just not a service oriented stay

It was bedbugs me and my child for bit up there was no clean towels in the room and also there was no shampoo in the bottles they had in the room

There was limited food at breakfast, employees were smoking pot in the public bathroom downstairs, smear marks on dresser and table tops in the room where it had been cleaned. No extra TP, bottle of shampoo in shower was crushed and empty, no conditioner. Outside screens were messy looking. Employees were friendly but very casual (night manager had hoodie on). Convenient location near main blvd with restaurants. Quick drive to RIT

No breakfast at 8:30am . Just because of breakfast we pay extra $70 and no breakfast, my were hungry out from hotel. Please be cautious at breakfast.

This place is dirty. We had issues with the tv and the young man at the desk handed me a telephone number to call said he only checked in customers and knew nothing about the hotel at all. Run down and disgusting place

Entire staff was extremely cordial, down to locating extra coffee for my room. The one inconvenience was having to move the heavy desk forward in order to plug the coffee pot into the wall socket. I've stayed with Comfort many times and haven't run into this before. I knew there was no problem with the coffee pot because the last used pod was still in it!

Lots of dust that has compounded over time on the sofa bed sides and back- really awful for kids - had to have the kid jump in with us. -Empty shampoo and lotion dispensers -extra pillows kept in the drawers that were dirty with dust/dirt particles and hair stands -breakfast was great however there was no milk -the desk attendant was very helpful and pleasant

The room was very nice and clean.. it was very spacious as well.. Some of the charging ports didnt work.. they also didnt come to clean the room when we asked.. we had to leave a day early and they gave use a refund no issues..

The entire property smelled like smoke or weed depending on the floor. The gentleman that checked us out was delightful, he smiled, was friendly, and great. Breakfast was good (thank you), the beds & bathrooms were clean, but the smell was pretty strong.

Despite having a paid reservation and having already checked in, the night shift claimed that the room was not rented to my family. They claimed that we had not paid for the room and called the police to have my family leave at 1am. I called to find out why my family was kicked out. They made the same claim. After carefully looking up the reservation, they confirmed the reservation for my family and asked if they were willing to come back. They had already checked in to a different motel at less than half the rate paid for this place. Expedia was able to get my money back and refunded to my account.

Sadly, this property is so outdated and run-down, I cannot recommend it at all. The hallways were filled with pot smoke, the carpets in both the hallways and rooms were very, very dirty. The bathtub was filled up with water and wouldn't drain. We didn't have any shampoo or conditioner in the bathroom. We left after 2 nights and checked into the hotel right next door, which is SO much cleaner. Hope this property can be updated. Definitely would never stay here again.

On a Saturday morning the hotel was out of basics for breakfast at 9 AM. (No cream cheese for bagels, no syrup for waffles, no knives….) The entire hotel needs updating. The couch in out room seemed to be from the 70s/80s. USB outlets did not work in room. Shampoo in shower was empty.

Poor morning service
The person working late night was very kind and accommodating, though warned that she wasn’t sure when breakfast would be served since the person in charge of it was always late. Sure enough, the next morning, when I went to eat the complimentary breakfast at 8 (an hour before it ended) the service area was in shambles. Charred black waffles on both sides of the iron, no waffle batter left, a chafing dish with shriveled eggs and the meat side was completely empty. When I asked the front desk if it could be replenished, they nodded, as the man in charge of breakfast sat within view of all guests, in a small area right off the breakfast service area, causally looking up at us every once in a while while playing on his phone. Six mins later, he handed me a cup of batter, and disappeared behind a door folks kept knocking on, asking for basic condiments (that weren’t filled in their designated baskets)
