“Nice Hotel”
We needed a hotel room for a night to attend a relative's funeral. After looking around online, we finally decided on this one since it was relativly close. We were not disappointed. The hotel looks like it is new, the room was very clean, and the breakfast was good. when we walked in the lobby was clean and bright. The lady that was in charge of the foods, was very helpful and made sure that the waffle batter was always full.
“Nice enough”
Everything went smoothly except for the parking lot was not kept up very well, as far as snow removal and not having anywhere to park due to lack of space. Sidewalk was also very slippery, almost fell twice. Room was clean and comfortable, staff was friendly. Ice machine/vending was missing from my floor, was told it was never delivered....
“Good value”
The only problem I had was no internet service to the room. I called the desk but got no resolution. I was able to get service in the lobby. The second night, I was in the lobby with my laptop and talked to the desk clerk who gave me a usb cable to attach in the room. It worked perfectly. Too bad I didn't have it the first night.
“Team Fan/Mama Visiting for Football Tryouts”
This Comfort Inn was comfortable, clean, quiet, private, friendly, efficient, and convenient. I did not hear anything from other rooms, or the hallway. Check-in and checkout were quick. Important information was posted in an understandable manner. Bed was comfortable, bathroom and counter were roomy, and thermostat was actually accurate and able to be set. Breakfast was excellent with fluffy scrambled eggs, plump sausage, baked goods, cereal, beverages, yogurt, fruit, hard-boiled eggs, and make your own waffles. Entrances and common rooms were accessible, elevator was convenient, pool was clean. Inn is located at a main crossroads, with nearby Thruway access. It's near shopping, restaurants, Canandaigua and its lake, and Lake Ontario. In the morning I saw a ski team and a college volleyball team, both of which I had not noticed.
“A Great stay at the Comfort Inn”
The gal at the front desk was very pleasant and helpful. We were traveling from PA with my brother and his family and they made sure our rooms were near each other. The rooms were very large and the beds were very comfortable. They accommodated my brothers family of five children and provided bedding for their air mattresses. The breakfast was delicious and very filling. We all enjoyed the pool. The exercise room had several pieces of equipment to give a good workout. The Comfort Inn was very close to the NYS Thruway and also surrounded by many stores and restaurants and right down the street from the Finger Lakes Race Track and Casino. It would be a great place to stay any time of the year.
“clean, comfortable”
great hotel - I have stayed at this hotel 3 or 4 times in the last 2 years. It is always clean, friendly staff and good breakfast. The pool & spa are the best because they keep the pool a nice warm 85 degrees, not 75-78 dgrees like other hotels.
“NO ESPN... NO Return...”
Everything nice... until I sat down to watch a playoff game and NO ESPN or TNT. Sorry... I won't be back!
