“Great service”

The man behind the counter was great- friendly-helpful. They had breakfast ready for us a 4:00am because plane left at 5:00. He also was the one that took us to the airport and picked us up. best service I have had in a long time. Would recomened to everyone. breakfast was great also

“Good experience”

Staff was very friendly. They picked us up at the airport with a smile in the wee hours of the morning, and sent an extra van run to get us back in the morning. Breakfast was more extensive than I expected. Good choice for a basic airport hotel.

I love the fact that I can stay and get a taxi to the airport the next morning...my plane left at 6am, I live 2 hours away but there was a bad storm that morning...glad that I stayed. loved the bed and the pillows were great!!!

“One of the better”

The room was clean which is very important to me. The staff was helpful.Don't worry about any airplane noise as I only heard 3 airplanes overhead in a 24 hour period. Highways are easily accessible.

“" Great Hotel"”

I choose this hotel because I had an early flight out the next morning, and they had a very reasonable rate! I was a little nervous after reading some of the older reviews however they couldnt have been further from the truth! They had a full breakfast that started at 4 am! Eggs, bacon and everything else you could think off at that time. The staff was extremely friendly and accomidating! The room was clean and the bed very comfortable! I would definatley reccommend this hotel to others!

“Simple accomadations, but provided everything I wanted”

Large, clean comfortable room. No view from the room. Small bathroom, but plenty of instant hot water. Fridge and microwave in the room. Also, an iron and ironing board in the room. Generous, hot breakfast buffet. Quiet, small area for business work, with all necessary digital equipment. Courteous and helpful staff.

If you are not looking for luxury, simply a good value for money place to stay near Rochester, this is a plain hotel, very conveniently located by the airport and the staff are very helpful and friendly.
