“Excellent Housekeeping Services!!!”

We did have a little incident with our linen. Housekeeping came right up and fixed the problem. Very professional, very prompt!

“Great hotel and casino”

Not only was the hotel great, the casino was very nice. My wife and enjoyed the entire stay. Staff was very friendly, the drinks were great and the casino was perfectly sized. We even won some money! Would recommend Fitzgeralds hotel and casino to everyone.

“Enjoyable”

Everything was as expected, however, we had reserved a non-smoking room. The room smelled like someone had smoked in there, so we asked the front desk about the odor. We were told that it was a non-smoking room. Fortunately, no one was allergic to smoke, so we accepted it. It would have been nice though if they had offered another room since the odor was noticeable. We turned the air conditioner on high and that helped.

“Fun for a group”

Our group of 13 people stayed here after attending a Memphis event. It was convenient to get to from Memphis, the buffet was affordable and the casino was not over crowded. Had a great time.
