This is our second stay. Hot tub suite. The room is very clean, bed is super comfy. The timer on the hot tub is in an awkward place, only last 10 minutes, so you have to keep pushing the button in sit awkwardly by the faucet. Takes away from relaxing. Evening staff member is very nice and helpful, she was there each time. I suggest booking with the hotel and not a 3rd party as there has been an issue everytime. I recommend this place. Breakfast is pretty good too, nice, easy, self serve selections.

The hotel was very clean and the staff were very nice we had a nice breakfast before leaving. Will definitely stay there again

The breakfast was minimal and not great. The room was ok run down. On a positive note there was hot water for the shower and the room was somewhat spacious. But not a place where I would stay again

Stayed for one night in early August. Our room had a very nasty odor and the bathtub was so disgusting, wanted to throw up while taking a shower. The receptionist came to our room to see the conditions of the room/bath and offered to reach out to the hotel management. Never heard back from anyone,

At 9am on a Sunday morning (check out at 11am), without knocking or asking permission, housekeeping opened our door to clean the room. We were still in bed and were awaken by staff coming into our room. The price is not worth the stay.

Overall the property is in need of repair and cleaning. The breakfast was very limited and not very good. The staff was attentive and the best part of our stay. I doubt that we will stay here in the future.

Comfort inn, Taylor Swift weekend. ok.
Place was decent. Room a little worn, but overall comfy and kept decently. Breakfast choices are kind of a continental style (limited to some extent) You're not at a fancy brunch place, but there's coffee, cereal, a few muffins (plastic wrapped). Waffle maker. juice. milk.

This hotel was convenient for visiting Pittsburgh but not wanting to stay in the downtown area. The beds were very comfy! It was quiet and felt safe. Staff were friendly.

The facility was run down. The air filter was out of date and made a terrible noise. The person at the front desk tried to resolve it but could not. I had to unscrew it from the wall leaving an open electrical socked exposed all night. A roach was crawling across our ceiling which freaked out my wife. We did not stay for breakfast just got out as soon as we could in the morning.
