“The BEST!”

We have stayed here twice. Absolutely love it. Gorgeous grounds, friendly staff, great food. Would highly recommend everyone checking it out! It's the best!

“Royal Suites at the Palladium is our favorite”

We spent our honeymoon at the Grand Palladium Kantenah and wanted to try the Royal Suites for our two year anniversary. The Royal Suites is definately worth the upgrade. We had a ground floor suite in building 70 which was nice since it was right by the royal pool and close to the lobby and El Jardin. The only negative thing about the room was the outdoor jacuzzi had hundreds of large black ants coming out of the jets when we filled it with water. We never went in. The royal pool was amazing and it stayed open until midnight. I love the top shelf alcohol which made it hard to go to the other pools. We had a great dinner at El Jardin. The grouper, salmon, and lobster were fantastic. The breakfast was good but I think it's the same as the other buffets throughout the resort...just closer to our room. The royal golf carts alone were worth the upgrade. It was nice to have a ride where ever we needed to go since the royal section is so far from everything else. We have stayed at many AI's in Riviera Maya and the Palladium is our favorite. I can't wait until our next trip.
