The onsite spa has 17 treatment rooms including rooms for couples and outdoor treatment areas. Massages are available on the beach and in the spa; other services include facials, body wraps, and body scrubs. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy and hydrotherapy. This garden view spa is equipped with a sauna and a spa tub. Visitors of this water view spa can round out their time of relaxation with a trip to the boutique.

“AMAZING!!!!”
This was our choice for our honeymoon stay and we had a blast. The resort is BEAUTIFUL and so peaceful. The staff is very friendly. When you arrive, you are greeted by a smiling face, a cool damp towel and a glass of champagne. The food was great, but you need to order every course if you have a large appetite. My husband and I had an appetizer, salad, soup, entree and desert just to be full. They do have a lovely breakfast buffet. We stayed at the resort all but one of the 7 days that we were there and we had a blast each day. We are defitnitley coming back to this resort and enjoying every. They did have some minor power outages, but they only last not even half of a second. We BOTH can't vomplain about our honeymoon. It was a great choice to stay at this resort. When booked it, there were no reviews so we took the chance and was rewarded exceedingly.
“Another wonderful getaway at Silversands”
My husband and I just recently celebrated our 5th anniversary at Secrets Silversands. We stayed for 7 nights, and the trip was absolutely perfect! This was our 2nd trip to Secrets Silversands, and it was just as good -- if not better, than we remembered. We were upgraded to an ocean front room, which I highly recommend. The views were absolutely breathtaking, and our balcony was perfectly private. The food was better than I remembered on our past visit, especially it's presentation. I was very impressed at the amount of work the resort was putting into trying to restore the beach. It was amazing how much progress had been made simply in the last few days of our stay. (They are pumping sand from the ocean to extend the beach a good distance.) I am excited to see how nice the beach is next year when we return (which we definitely intend to do!) All in all, it was a completely relaxing and perfect trip. No complaints!
“Great Resort.”
We have traveled all over the Caribbean and Parts of Mexico and have stayed at many 5 star resorts. This resort would rate at the top. Resort-Awesome Restaurants and food-Awesome Pools-Awesome Drinks-Great Beach-Good. Read a lot of bad reviews but found it good. Service was great but not fast Not one negative comment. Be sure to get out to the Jungle Spa for a fantastic Mayan Massage
“Can't Wait to Go Back!!”
This hotel was everything I hoped it would be! The food, bars, rooms, and staff were all WONDERFUL! The staff was very friendly and accomadating. The drive to Cancun was only about 20min, but alot longer (60-90min) if you wanted to go to Xel Ha or Playa Del Carmen. I would recommend renting a car for a least a portion of your trip if you plan to leave the resort. Also, the beach was a little rocky and had alot of seaweed at times, but the staff was very attentive about cleaning the beach. Also, the 24-hour room service was really really good. Try the Caesar salad and Cheeseburger as well as anything on the breakfast menu. Also, the Mediterranean restaurant is a hidden gem - you must try it.
“Simply amazing”
Brand new resort, modern decor, amazing pools, adults only, great service. Mid-size resort at 475, but 60% capacity meant that if you wanted a crowd, you could find one, and if you didn't want one, then you weren't forced into it. My wife and I didn't take advantage of the spa, but we did try almost all of the restaurants. The food was good, with usually one standout dish per meal. We didn't have a favorite. Room service was prompt. Checkin was a breeze. No wristbands. The only con was the ocean, which was shallow and sea-weedy. The beach was fine, though, and everything else was perfect.
“Very Happy With Stay”
My wife and I went for a three day/ 4 night stay at Secrets Silversands. Very impressed with the service. The staff went over and above in regards to making sure everything was in proper order. I can't say enough in regards to waitstaff at the restaurants, bars and pools. Beach was pretty but not swimmable due to rocks and coral......we knew this going from other reviews, however the pools were sufficient. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a short stay or for a home base for an activity driven vacation.
“Would definitely go again!”
We had a wonderful time at Secrets Silversands! The resort/accommodations were beautiful, and, for the most part, the service was excellent. There were a couple of times when room service was slow, and one day the maid forgot a couple of things for our room, but overall it was a great experience. The pools were fabulous, and the food was good. We did not have any problems with mosquitoes as others have reported, but we took the spray just in case. Definitely recommend this resort for couples looking for a romantic getaway...we would go back in a heartbeat!
“Great Resort!”
We were a little worried after reading some negative reviews but we had a great time. When we arrived, we were met by Randy our Bell Man who handed us towels and two glasses of champagne. We were escorted inside where we met with Roger at the desk. Check in was easy. Randy escorted us to our room and explained where everything was around the resort. The room itself was awesome. Just like in the picture! Reviews of the pool and lounge chairs are accurate. People did reserve chairs at the crack of dawn which I thought was ridiculous. There could have been music played at the main pool. We kind of got tired of the same Whitney Houston tune "I will always love you" which played numerous times over the outdoor hotel speakers near the pool. ANNOYING! The service in general was outstanding. The hostesses each morning were always smiling and there to help. Our waiters, Luis, Renan and Wilfredo were there each day to give us the best experience possible. Our cocktail waitresses at the pool, Veronica and Nery made sure we were well taken care while laying out. All in all a great place. I would definitely recommend this place to our friends. Thanks Expedia for making our trip such a pleasant and enjoyable experience!

This resort is beautiful! The hotel is very contemporary, the grounds are gorgeous and very well maintained. We were treated like royalty! Would definately go back.
“Heavenly haven”
Perfection, this is all I can say. The service is impeccable. The food is amazing.People are so nice, always smiling even if they work long shifts. They will cater to your every need. The spa is clean, tidy, and relaxing.
