Property Amenities
The majority of amenities, activities, and gratuities at this resort are included in the room rate; guests will not be charged extra for the majority of amenities and activities (scroll up to the All-Inclusive Details section for more information). Wristbands are not required. Reservations are not required at any on-site restaurant. Parking is complimentary while guests are staying at the hotel. An airport shuttle can be arranged on request.
Secrets Capri Riviera's water sports center offers activities such as kayaking, snorkeling, sailing, and windsurfing. A fitness center has a range of cardio machines, free weights, treadmills, and step machines.
The on-site spa incorporates both outdoor and indoor facilities. Outdoors are a tropical relaxation garden, spa tub of mineral water with waterfalls and, under a thatched-roof palapa, a double treatment room fronting the ocean. Indoors are private Vichy and Swiss showers, spa tubs, saunas, steam rooms, and six treatment rooms including two rooms for couples. A menu of 30 restorative treatments and hydrotherapies, including massage, facials, manicures, and pedicures, is offered (surcharges for all treatments and services).
This all-inclusive Cancun resort, renovated in November 2009, has 624 square meters (6,714 square feet) of multiple-use meeting space, including a ballroom, breakout areas, and a terrace. A business center provides faxing, copying, teleconferencing, secretarial services, simultaneous translation services, and high-speed Internet access (surcharges for all). On-site shops sell jewelry, gifts, beachwear, and souvenirs. Wedding services are available, and a wedding gazebo is on site. Major sporting events and live broadcasts are projected on a large-screen TV located on the property's white sand beach, to which the property has direct access.

Secrets Capri Riviera has 290 air-conditioned guestrooms, all of which include furnished patios or balconies with ocean or garden views. Travertino marble floors, tropical hardwood furnishings, and marble bathrooms with jetted tubs are standard. Beds have pillowtop mattresses and 300-thread-count sheets. Rooms have complimentary high-speed Internet access, cable TV, CD/DVD players, MP3 docking stations, minibars (restocked daily), bathrobes, and 24-hour room service. A personal concierge on each floor helps guests with any requests.

Seaside Grill - Located on the beach and serving breakfast, lunch, and dinner. It offers Continental and Mexican snacks during the day and à la carte steakhouse menu at night. Open daily.
La Riviera - Casual restaurant serving Continental cuisine for breakfast and lunch daily; for dinner, five nights a week. Dress code: casual.
Himitsu - In a dining room with marble floor, fountains, and a small Zen rock garden, this restaurant serves specialties from Vietnam, Japan, China, and other parts of Asia. Dinner only. Dress code: no shorts.
Portofino - Variety of Mediterranean dishes and desserts served. Dining room showcases original artwork and fountains. Dinner only. Dress code: no shorts.
Oceana - This restaurant offers local and regional seafood specialties in a seaside setting. Guests can dine inside or on an open-air terrace. Dinner only. Dress code: casual.

This Cancun resort's beach features a sand volleyball court and a water sports center, where guests can arrange kayaking, windsurfing, sailing, and snorkeling. A large outdoor pool and spa tub, tennis courts, and a fitness center with cardio machines, free weights, treadmills, step machines, and aerobics classes are all on site.

Spa
Secrets Spa by Pevonia offers treatments which combine hydrotherapy and indigenous treatments. The spa features 10 treatment rooms that include private Swiss showers, spa tubs, relaxation lounge, sauna, steam room, couple's massage suites, and hydrotherapy suites.
The spa boutique carries a wide array of aromatherapy candles, oils, chimes, body scrubs, creams, and contour products as well as prestigious beauty care lines such as Pevonia, Lanza, and Gehwol.

“Honeymoon Hot Spot”
We stayed at this resort for 6 great days during our honeymoon. The entire staff were frienly, accomadating, and full of information. The food and drinks were terffic. We did not have to wait or make any reservations. We did what we wanted, when we wanted. We will definitely return to Secrets Capri.
“Very nice, can't wait to go back”
This was an absolute amazing experience. Everything was more than we could have asked for.The employees were very courteous and the bartenders really interacted and made the night life fun. We will definitely come back.
“so relaxing”
This resort was great for people seeking calm and relaxing. If you want partying till all hours this is not your place. We loved the fact that this was a small adults only resort. It made everything more initmate. Using the resorts various features was easy. The restuarants were excellent, and no waiting to get into them like other places (only one required a reservation and that was for a special meal). We would definitely come back here again on our next visit to Mexico.
“Truly a relaxing time”
Secrets Capri was a very nice adult get-away. Food was excellent, hotel employees very courteous and helpful. Our room was very nice and was cleaned twice a day, with a stocked refrigerator with soda & beer, and munchies. The pool area and restaurant were very clean and food was delicious. Even the house wines from Chile were excellent, and we did not feel the need to "buy" a better bottle of wine. The age group varied, but mostly 40-50 years olds. Daily newsletter was delivered with daily activities, however, compared to cruise ships, even these were more subdued. Laying by the pool each day, we were never disturbed with loud pool games or activities. We have been to Cancun several times and this was our first trip to Rivera Maya. It is definitely more laid back here than in Cancun. However, I did misss being able to go out and walk around and go shopping, as one can do in Cancun. Each resort in Rivera Maya is rather secluded. A cab ride for $15 to Playa de Carmen was like going to a little village, with the usual Mexican shops & bars. For us, the only drawback to the hotel, was the beach. Cancun beaches have the soft white fine sand, and the beautiful colors of the water. The beach here was quite rocky and you had to definitely watch where you were walking in order not to step on anything. And even the water was rather murkey, and did not invite one to go out wading. But for a relaxing, romantic week away from the snow and ice, we would definitely return again.
“Very nice!”
Just returned from a 4 night stay. We found the hotel to be very beautiful and in great condition and the staff was very friendly. Room was very nice, we had an oceanfront view. Great food, we ate at all the resturants except Himitsu. Oceana and Portofino for dinner and the Ceviche and Taco Bar for lunch were our favorites! Lobby bar was a great place for a pre dinner cocktail, be sure to try the Leaping Lizard. We were impressed with the nice liquor selection. Beach was smaller in size, but pretty and kept clean. Pool was beautiful and very clean, water temperature was a little on the cool side but refreshing. Lounge chairs at the pool fill up quickly, so get there early! We will definitly return to Secrets Capri.
“Mexican Resorts”
Secrets Capri in the Myan Riviara is amazing. The entire place was immaculate. Service was outstanding. The food was great. IT was the best experience we have had!

This was our first all inclusive experience and we discovered that we got to know many of the hotel guests. We love our stay and found the staff to be hard working wonderful people who only wanted to please. There were a few long waits for dinner because we didn't want to eat in the large resturant, but the food was superb. The only significant criticism would be the flinstone beds they had in the rooms...rock hard.
“Nothing compares”
This was an amazing place to stay. From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. We had the opportunity to visit a few of the other resorts and noting came close to the overall feel of Capri. We discussed how it would be difficult to even consider staying at another resort if we were to return. It was amazing and would recommend it to anyone looking for a relaxing, romantic stay
“Secrets Capri vacation”
This was our 5th trip to Riviera Maya, and we have previously stayed at Barcelo Maya Palace and Excellance. We stayed at Secrets for 7 nights. We liked its proximity to Cancun airport. The checkin process was quick, except for having to sit through an introduction to the hotel and whether we were interested in visiting another Secrets hotel for a free breakfast. The room was smaller than other hotels, and we ended up keeping the AC off most of the time since the room was colder than expected. Room was clean and stocked with the usual amenities. Bed was comfortable enough. Turn down service at 11 pm was not welcome! Just one pool, no shade. We spent all our time at the gorgeous beach, beautiful sea and sand. Food was plentiful, not always the tastiest, but enough variety. Drinks are definitely NOT premium. Recommend the lobby bar if you want cappuccinos, because they are not available anywhere else in the hotel. Had to call security because someone in the neighboring room fell asleep with a loud TV. Could hear all sorts of sounds from the neighboring rooms. Pros: clean. Friendly staff. Cons: smallish resort, gym equipment is old and needs to be replaced. Just one pool. Drinks are not premium.
“Best All-Inclusive Resort I Have Ever Been To”
Absolutely no problems with this resort. It was all I thought it would be and more. I would absolutely go back again
