“Great Resort”
I trully enjoyed my vacation at the Ocean Turquesa resort. Before leaving I was trying to make a decision based on comments about this hotel that I found on different websites.I'm quite picky and I really wanted to find a place that is nice, clean, not depressing... Now that I've experinced it, I can say that it is a great place to spend a vacation and even a honey moon. At first I was a little dissapointed with the restaurants, not really because of the food quality, but becasue of the waiting time, until I discovered another restaurant that serves dinner, it's called Casa del Mar which is a buffet style, but with different menus every other night. I think that was the best of all, as they alwys had a variety of food, for all tastes. The one minor problem we had was with the shower, as it leaks, but it's all tiles, so if you put a towel in front of the door, you will solve the issue, no big deal! They also have some shows at night for the public, the entertainment team is getting better I think, but don't expect too much. Some were better than others. There is also a great souvenirs store,e specially for the ladies who love jewlery like I do. I did love the room, it was spacious, new furniture (the hotel is new as well, nice flat screen TV, it was always cleaned on time and we never lacked clean towels as I heard people complaining about at other resorts. I recommend it with confidence that it will meet your expectations!

“Fabulous Resort”
The resort is far more beautiful than any online photos. There is so much more and it actually looks far better in person. The food was excellent. The service was excellent. It's not a huge party place, but there were plenty of festivities and entertainment. If you are looking to seriously party, than Cancun is probably best. The only complaint I would express would be the slightly basement like smell in the hotel room, although considering the level of quality in all other areas of our stay, it was of no consequence. I highly recommend the resort. I will stay there again someday.

“Great Holiday”
My wife, myself and two young adult kids attended the resort and were very happy with our selection. We have been to several other resorts in the area, this one is by far the best. Hard to believe the 3.5 star rating. When reading previous reviews, I was a bit hesitant, however after our experience, I recommend this resort without hesitation. The beach is incredible, with lots lounge chairs and space. Pool lounging was also great with 4 pools to choose from. I read some middle of the road reviews regarding the food, and have to say, our experience was incredible, with the number of restaurants and outstanding buffets, we were completely satisfied. The location of the resort allows for great runs, or walks to Puerto Morelos an exceptional town with great Mexican feel. Overall outstanding vacation, we are going back. The resort is large, however the utilisation of the space does not make it feel crowded. There are so many different areas, coffee shop, bars, restaurants, lounge areas, pools, excercise room, theatres, that finding somewhere to go was simply a choice. The staff were excellent, we thought of upgrading, but honestly did not find a need. Great resort. ,
“fantastic family place”
Ocean was a perfect choice for our one week long vacation. We have three kids who enjoyed every minute of our stay. There are four pools, each different in its own way (activity pool tends to be very LOUD). Staff is very helpfull, while the food could use some improvement.
“Best Vacation Ever, Can't Wait To Go Back”
The resort was absolutely breath taking. It exceeded my expectations. The staff was extremely helpful, courteous and friendly. My room was open when I got there, the first thing I remember was the smell of the ocean. I loved everything about the resort. The only thing that could have been better was the food. It wasn't bad, but it was below my expectations. In the Italian and Japanese restaurant was were the food was not up to my expectations. But the buffet was actually pretty good. I will be back and I would recommend this resort to any and everyone.

We've traveled to MANY countries around the globe and this is by far one of the best hotels we've stayed in. We are already planning a return visit to this hotel and one of their sister hotels for later this year.
“The best vacation I ever had”
I really have no idea how some other people gave this hotel a bad review, The hotel itself was a dream. The pictures simply do not capture the beauty, size, and layout of the place. The entire staff was very nice, they actually make it a point to make eye contact with you and always witha smile. My only complaint was the fridge was not cold enough but no worries room service brought us ice in 5 minutes.
“Beautiful beach resort”
Our room had a great view and was convenient to pool and beach activities. We recommend paying the extra fee for the "Privilege" features. Reviews we read previous to our trip were totally misleading. This resort was beautiful and so was the expansive and well-maintained beach.
