“Very Impressed”
This was by far one of the nicest hotels I visited. Yes, there are better hotels than this, but I would definitely disagree with all the people that complained about this place. The beach and the water were amazing!!! The pool was really spacious as well, there were always servers walking around getting your drink order. If you do not want to wait for the server to bring your drink, there are multiple bars where you can get it yourself. By far the thing that stood out to me the most was the exceptional service that we got, I noticed that type of great service throughout the whole resort. In my opinion there were enough dining options, which included 4 restaurants for dinner and daily buffet that was open for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I thought the food was great and fresh at the same time. Definitely the best trip to Mexico I had thus far. I also recommend visiting Chichen Itza which was about 2 hour drive from our hotel, but the tour is sold through the hotel so the bus will pick you up and drop you off at your hotel.
“Beautiful resort”
This was one of the most beautiful resorts we've been to. It was very clean, excellent service and the food was good. The lunch buffet was very good - alot of variety. Drinks were very good - all premium liquor. Pool was the largest we've seen and beautiful. Good security presense. Beds were hard, but not too bad. The room was large and beautiful. We paid for an oceanview and the balconys had stone walls so you could not see the ocean while sitting. Not worth the extra money. The entertainment was really not good at all. We kept going to the nightly shows hoping it would get better and it never did. Skip them. They bring in local vendors which makes shopping convenient.
“Outstanding”
The hotel was great the employees were great. Would go back in a heart beat. Mixed drinks were strong and plentiful. This hotel held nothing back in ensuring your stay was perfect.
“Absolutely Amazing”
Stunning hotel, fantastic location, and even great food. I don't normally like to go to the same place twice- for this one I'll make an exception.
“Great food, Excellent Service, So-So location”
the hotel is a Moroccan / middle east themed breezeway with pretty fountains, tiling and architecture. Check in was swift, with the surprising option to either provide a credit card or not for "incidentals". Incidentals were very well marked, no surprises, and typically included bottled wine and lobster. The room was spacious, the bed was firm but comfortable, and the balcony was a nice surprise. The Jetted tubs, however, don't exist. Every day from 10 to 5 the main pool has their entertainment crew coordinating hourly activities, such as water volleyball, bingo, soccer, etc. Usually 10-15 guests joined the fun and it was distracting and entertaining. The fun pub opened at 10. Great drinks and music, and air conditioning. Food: The menus changed one or two items throughout the stay. Each contained 2-3 app', 3-4 entrees and 2-4 deserts. Grill - Excellent Flank steak, burgers and nachos. Opens for Dinner for a extended steak menu. Mexican - Hard to find, great food, slowest service Mediterranean - Great fillet, interesting menu, most up-scale. French - Didn't go there. Menu looked OK Japanese - Excellent food, Decent show, will run you 2 hours time though Drinks ranged from well liquors to brands like Bacardi, Absolut, Red-Label, etc. Very impressive assortment. Tip a few times and the bartenders will remember your name, and favorite drink. There were lots of families on this property. If kids annoy you, keep that in mind. I was just fine with it, and on my honeymoon.
“Fantastic Paradise”
Great service, maintenance and scenery... Fully satisfied. Highly recommended.
“Outstanding service with relaxation #1”
The Mexican employees appear truly joyful to wait on guests. Our butlers in Royal Service kept in touch with us to keep our comfort level high. The view of the crashing ocean and jacuzzi on the patio with candles and incense elevated the remarkable atmosphere. We brought our son, and he remarked it was one of the best vacations he's experienced. As a parent, I was pleased with the security and concurrent freedom we experienced.
“Stay in Ocean View Room!!!”
We stayed here for our honeymoon. The hotel was great and food wonderful. The pool is so big and beautiful, there is plenty of room for everyone. They have 24 hour room service but it was not very good. We paid for an upgrade garden/tropical view which is pointless. We looked at a hedge and a tennis court fence. We paid to upgrade to an oceanview. IT WAS SO WORTH IT!!! The room had a two person whirlpool tub on the balcony which was great when it was pouring rain. The room was cleaned very well everyday the only thing that was missed a few times was restocking our mini fridge, we called them and someone came by within 30 minutes. The resort is somewhat spread out so the staff use golf carts to get things to the rooms. Since it was our honeymoon we wished we would have stayed at an adult only location but all in all this hotel was great! I have stayed at other all-inclusives before in Mexico and by far this had the best food. Best thing is no reservations for any of the restuarant's but the Japanese sushi place that we never made it to. Food was so great, just remeber you are on vacation time and things run a little slower. If you are on a time crunch the buffet is so awesome. The service was steller!!! They say tips included but almost everyone tips a few bucks for food and drinks or baggage pick-up and drop off. They give u a glass of champagne @ arrival and a damp towel scented with lemon/lavendar to refresh your self. Beach was gorgeous!!!!!!!!!!!!
“Great Hotel”
They were great!!!!. The attention was excellence.Ufff the food of the restaurants was wonderful!!!!. Everything was perfect in that place. I'd like to come back again :)
