“Happy campers”
Beautiful hotel.Excellent service.Nice beach and pool areas.Lots of activities on site .Highly reccomend!!! Went there on first week of September.Beautiful weather not scorching hot and almost have not had any rain during the stay.
“A delight”
Rooms were large and comfortable with beautiful views of the ocean. There was a travel agency on site which is so convenient and they made sure we always had places to go. Xcaret (would highly recommend) was only a 45 minute drive and Crococun (fun, unique experience) was about 15 minutes from hotel. Tulum( Would recommend) was about an hour or so. Xplor, (Could have lived without) was also about 45 minutes. We could not see any hotels or shops from our hotel, which was what we had wanted since that means beaches are never crowded. Beaches were rocky in some places, but clear in others. Food was fine and there was always something you liked. Staff spoke both English and Spanish, and some French so no language barrier. There was always something going on no matter what time of the day at the hotel, including shows, dancing, sports, tequila tasting, wine tasting, etc. Shops on site were very over priced, I suggest taking a day trip to Cancun were prices were much lower and the selection was better. It was about a 20 minute drive to Cancun from the resort. Staff was wonderful and they took serving you on a personal basis, learning your names and what drinks you liked and when you were leaving making you feel at home. Drinks were great with brand name alcohol like Jose Cuervo and Skyy Vodka. Bars were able to create anything you wanted and were always happy to do so. Would come back and would recommend highly.
“AWESOME RESORT”
This resort was GREAT! Everyone was very accomadating as well as super friendly. The beach was amazing and always clean! Good food, Good drinks, Great times! Will def. be going back as soon as I can. The price and expereince are well worth it!
“Biggest Bang for Our Buck!”
I bought the all-inclusive vacation package at NOW for my husbands 30th bday. It was under $2K for airfare, hotel, meals, booze, etc. and it was WELL WORTH IT!!. The hotel is beautiful and the beach is great. The staff and room was accommading and clean. The entertain staff was great, including the bartenters. Restaurants were all good and the best part is we ate at a different place each night. The wait was sometimes 45min -hour, which was fine because we would go to the oceanside bar for a cocktail. The only issue we had was at checkout, there were phone charges on our room that we didn't make. Front desk disputed us a little, but ultimately did not charge us. Overall, we were definitely impressed with everything and both agreed we'd come back. One last thing- we were there over families spring break. It was super busy but the service was still Great!!
“CRAVING MORE OF NH RIVIERA CANCUN”
This was absolutely wonderful, we have been going to the Riviera for almost 10 years now and always enjoy the relaxation and good food. This hit a 10 with us. Probably some of the best food ever. Good variety, landscaping is coming in great, very neat clean, pleny of sand on the beach, A short walk to the town, Beautiful views of the Marina. Cant go wrong here!!
“Still dreaming of being there”
My husband & I had such an amazingly good time!! The WHOLE resorts was beautiful everywhere you looked!! Everyone that worked for the resorts was beyond nice & more than respectful!! Tons of activities everyday, from first thing in the morning all the way through until the end of the night. Most of the restaurants had great food, bring nicer clothes for dinner... Some places have a dress code for dinner. GET OFF THE RESORT TOO, there are so many things do in the surrounding area and its MORE THAN SAFE... HAVE NO WORRIES!! Book all excursions at the resort, you get more information & its much simpler than booking online. The resort is "all inclusive" but take care of the people that take care of you all day, given someone a $1 tip isn't too hard and they apprecate it so much... Not to mention, they more than deserve it. We spent 10 days there and gave out less than $75 in tips while on the resort but made alot of people happy. Also, drinks came to us much faster. I would recommend NOW JADE to anyone. My husband & I are so excited to return to this resort before the end of the year!!

Very Nice Hotel that was service oriented. They wanted to please their guests, and they were very responsive to all our requests.

I have no complaints about the resort. Everyone where so helpfully and eventhough if you didnt spanish which in my case i spoke very little they as spoke english pretty well. I would definitely stay at this resort again or one of there chain resorts.
“A Wonderful Vacation in a Wonderful Place!”
I loved everything about this place and I am ready to go back now. I really have nothing negative to say. The staff is wonderful, the rooms are amazing, the reprot is beautiful. The only things that could have made this place any better would be a beach snack bar, and better hot water (which we were told they were fixing). The restaurants were great, the pools were awesome, everything was perfect! This place was absolutely wonderful in every way.
“We will definitely be back!”
We were graciously welcomed by the valet staff upon arrival, check-in went very quickly and smoothly. For whatever reason they didn't try to pitch us the timeshare that seemingly everyone else was getting. Our room was everything we could have hoped for and everything was spotless. We tried to get to as many of the restaurants as possible. To start off the day, the buffet was the only option for non-preferred visitors. That being said breakfast was always tasty, be sure to ask for outdoor seating as the view is excellent. The 'lunch bar' they set up near the pool had mediocre food, the good lunch stop was Castaways (the sit down place near the pool). Definitely try the mixed fajitas there. We had good dinners at the French, Italian, and Asian places with the teppanyaki being the most entertaining and possibly the best food. The best dessert on the property was the Creme Brulee at the French place. Staff was very nice and bar service was good, better with some small tips. In the entire week we tipped about $70 total and it definitely made a difference. Overall it was a wonderful experience and we can't wait to go back. Just make sure you scope out your beach chairs by 9am or so if you want a good selection. People are pretty good about respecting your book or sun screen on a chair while you go to grab a quick bite to eat.
