“Un trésor caché, directement sur la plage.”

Nous revenons de célébrer notre 3e anniversaire de mariage dans cet hotel fait sur mesure pour nous. Nous cherchions un endroit propre, près de la plage et de la Quinta, nous permettant de bien dormir et surtout, sans se faire achaler constamment par le personnel. Nous avions réservé pour 5 nuits. Devant le service impeccable, la propreté des lieux, le matelas très confortable, la proximité de la plage (100 pas à partir de la chambre), nous n'avons pas résisté et nous avons ajouté 2 nuits à notre séjour dans ce coin de paradis. Le nouveau directeur depuis 5 mois, Mike, possède une grande expérience dans des ''tout inclus''. Il a repris l'Hotel Pelicano en désirant se rapprocher de la clientèle sans le côté achalant de certains grands hotels. La formule est très réussie. Les repas ne sont pas compris et c'est ce que nous recherchions. Amateurs de plongée, (nous étions à côté du club Dive Mike qui nous ont fait vivre des expériences magiques) nous ne voulions pas payer pour des repas que nous ne prendrions pas étant sous l'eau. Nous avons déjeuner pour 5$US, directement sur la plage. Les nachos du Pelicano ont accompagné nos 5 à 7. L'emplacement permet d'essayer de nombreux restaurants peu dispendieux. Nous vous recommandons cet hotela fin de bénéficier du service de Tahnee, Paz, Carlos et Roberto ainsi que de l'accueil de Daisy et des merveilleux massages d'Ismelda et de Martin, directement sur la plage. A l'an prochain!

Older hotel in great condition. Well kept, clean, good price-had double bed room. Helpfull and friendly staff. Great views of ocean and Cozumel from upper levels. Great location as it is right on the beach. Had plenty of loungers. Had one noisy night out of 6 and it started later.

What more can you ask for? Ocean Front bedroom. best view ever, around the corner of 5th ave. where all the restaurants and nightclubs are located. Friendly staff. Massages on the beach for a very low price. Awesome drinks and food. Refrigerator and AC. Everything you need for an awesome price. I still cant get over the view of the beach from my balcony! breathtaking! Only complaint is that the hotel next door plays music ubntil 2 am.. but around the area all the hotels have the same issue. For the price you get a lot!

“Pelicano”

I made a reservation for a ocean front room and when i arrived there the room was not available. They gave me a room ocean view for one night and the next day i moved to the ocean front. It was the only problem that i had.
