“I shall return”
I am an X-Chicago guy who has been living in Mexico for the past few yrs. I enjoy taking trips to spots like tulum, and staying at nice hotels. This trip was very pleasant. The hotel in question was very nice, the beach was great as usual. The hotel is located in a very nice spot on the beach. As a matter of fact there are no bad spots on Tulum beach. It is a great not so crowded beach. The white sand is to die for.
“Paradise found! You must stay here! It's beautiful!”
The location was perfect & the views amazing. The grounds were very nice with sand walkways. We were in a garden room view, ground floor, closest to the restaurant. Although we had a garden view room we had a partial view of the ocean. As the restaurant is not busy except at breakfast this was a well lit, quiet location. Our room had two double beds and was very spacious with two closets. The patio was great to relax with chairs and a hammock. The beach was spotless and was one of the best cared for beaches in the area. Purchase your bottled water in town because there is none available on site other than at the restaurant. The hotel does not exchange money. Taxis pass by frequently and made it easy to get where ever we wanted to go. We felt very safe here with our 6 year old daughter and enjoyed the people and location immensely. The hotel had A/C 24 hours with fresh hot water showers. After reading other reviews we found that the beds were neither too hard nor too soft and did not have spring issues. Internet is only accessed in the restaurant using the cord provided by the hotel. We found it best to use the Internet in the evening other than at breakfast when other guests also wanted to send emails, etc.
“beautiful and comfortable hotel.”
I'd like to be there again with beloved person. it has spacious and cozy room with balcony. It's not just hotel to stay a night but a sweet house for me. walking in white beach and lying down on the hommock were greatest on whole trip for Mexico. For staffs, don't have lots to say because don't have chance to talk to them except for check-in and -out.
“hope to go back”
The room layout was great. Loved the big window facing the ocean, the sliding door that adjust the amount of breeze that you want, your own personal hammock. Its an entertainment plus to be next door to a kitesurfing school. makes for great beach entertainment. Water was perfect. Great base for a weeks worth of intensive water fun and ruin sight seeing.very relaxing place to come back to after a day of activities
“Great Place!”
I´ve only stayed one day buy it worth it. very pleace ful, calm and no turism . Rooms great Breakfast ok , i had to leave at 8 30 morning so i couldnt stay so long
“great place to relax”
We stayed in Los Lirios for 5 nights the beginnig of September. We found this to be a great place to say. It is everything it said it would be on the website. The beds were on the hard side, however after a day exploring the area or on the beach we had no trouble sleeping. The room was cleaned very well every day and the maid made animals from towels on our bed. We stayed in an ocean view room and had great views and sea breezes from our balcony. There were 2 chairs, a small table, and a hammock on the balcony....we spent a lot of time on it! A breakfast was included. The fruit was fresh, coffee was good, and you got to choose between egg dishes, or hot cakes. Both were good. Our air conditioning unit was leaking the first day we arrived. After contacting the office- it was fixed in just a couple of hours. The staff is very friendly---and want to meet your needs. There is no wifi- no television- not sure about cell phone service as we did not have international calling on ours-----we found that it was VERY easy to relax and enjoy this part of Mexico without being "connected".
“Nice place”
-beautiful beach -large room with 2 chairs and table -Nice bathroom with big tub, lots of hot water -good beds, nice linen -hammock and chairs outside on patio -good buffet breakfast included in rate but it starts at 8am -No coffee until 8am (go next door they service coffee at 7am) -No wireless internet (internet cable in restaurant), no tv -Slow service in restaurant but food was good (not great) -Remember to get a good rate you MUST book online (or you will be charged the rack rate) they will not extend your rate if you decide to stay longer
“Second honeymoon success!”
Excelent hotel, excelent price, outstanding service, excelent location! I absolutely recomend!
“Nice place to stay in Tulum”
Great place, breakfast was included, air conditioned rooms seems like the only one in the area with it. Electricity 24/7 which the others in the Eco area we heard only had power during the day. Blow dryer in the room. Right on the beach perfectly located.
“Lovely hotel”
Los Lirios is a small hotel on a beautiful stretch of beach. The rooms are spacious and light, with balconies or terraces equipped with a hammock and a table and chairs. The generous breakfast is included, and the restaurant is very open with some seating on the spacious wrap around deck. The staff was always helpful and cheerful. While there are no palapas on their beach, there is a line of small palm trees which seemed to provide sufficient shade on sunny days.
