“Would definitely consider booking this hotel again.”

It was a quaint and clean hotel, and well maintained. The staff was very polite and helpful. And the Expedia price I thought very reasonable. It was also very central and close the shopping and amenities. (only 5 blocks from busy 5th St. shopping).

“great location. close to the activity without the noise.”

It is a lovely hotel one block off the busy main street Calle 5. Very close to everything. There was a pool but I didn't use it. I went to the beach. Also close (a couple of blocks) I was in room 106 and immediately asked to change which after a day was taken care of. Do not stay in room 106. it is where all the housekeeping gather to load and unload. The room was very noisy and the air conditioner didn't work. The moved me to Rm 214 and it was night and day difference. I would 100% stay here again.

“Six fluffy pillows per bed!”

We three were just looking for a pit stop on our way south after a long flight from BC. We wanted a comfortable clean room with 2 beds (and no bugs). The beds had niWe were very happy with the condition of the hotel, there was even an elevator for the 3 story and roof top. The room did smell a bit musty and the air circulation not great. I asked for a quiet room and got one (#309?) . TV remote didn't work, neither did the replacement There was complimentary chai tea on the office counter and the bellman stored our bags cheerfully while we explored the nearby 5th ave and beach; both mere minutes away. We got a sale and if was about 125 for the 3 of us, more than I'd pay as a single traveller but sharing made it feasible. Recommended!

“Nice place, needs some updates!”

Overall it was nice and staff are very kind. We relied on a safe, safe didn't work and never did and they said they would get someone to fix it, they did not. Also there is no light bulb cover on the over head fan above the bed..very bright and ugly. stained sheets, not cool at all, highly recommend them getting new linens and throw those out. Construction was very loud and started very early, never slept in once! Positives were great location and good food downstairs and its a beautiful building. Our expedia host who met us at the hotel Roberto, was great :)
