“Great staff Great bed Great hotel”
We loved the Hacienda Paradise. Front desk and breakfast staff were fantastic. Room was great, VERY comfortable bed. Good location just a bit away from busy Quinto Avenue. A bit of a walk to the beach, but not bad. Only downside was the construction next door, but the noise wasn't too bad in our room--not that we were there much during the day anyway. We would HIGHLY recommend and would stay there again.

Hacienda Paradise Boutique Hotel was great place to stay and location was just right. I would def go back and stay in this hotel. Staff and rooms kept very clean and bathroom and AC had no problems.
“A wonderful personal experience post Cancun”
This place was a really nice change from the behemoth resorts in Cancun and the surrounding area. If you are looking for a comfortable, quality boutique hotel to be your launching point for the area, this is your place. We were a little disappointed at first that the hotel wasn't right in the heart of 5th Ave, but we soon realized it was much nicer to have a one block walk to the strip than being in the noise and bussel all the time. The staff were super nice and they soon recognize you, instead of just being another face in the lobby. Breakfast was good too - good choices for a free meal, even for a vegetarian!
“"Great Choice in Playa"”
My husband and I recently returned from a great week at the Hacienda Paradise in Playa. The hotel is small and friendly, very clean, quiet and a great buy. Our room was on the garden level and we could sit out on our small terrace or on lounge chairs by the pool. The complimentary breakfast had many choices and was served until 10:45 AM. The neighborhood was great - just a short walk to the beach or 5th Ave with a choice of great places to eat, drink or both. We used the concierge service to book a tour and also the Karma Tour site for transport to and from the hotel. Our driver was waiting outside the terminal with name card readily visible. We hope to return next year for a longer stay!

thoroughly enjoyable week at this friendly hotel. staff go out of their way to make you feel comfortable and at home. only small drawback is that there is a nearly completed construction site next to the pool which can be noisy for a few hours a day. however despite this would still recommend this hotel due to excellent personnel and service.

Our room was large, comfortable and with great amenities. The staff was attentive and friendly. We had a very relaxing stay. The hotel is very close to 5th avenue but we never heard noise at night. The hotel grounds were well kept and intimate. I would definitely go back.

The Hacienda Paradise is tops in the type of hotel that it is. This is a comfortable property that is clean and the staff go out of their way to make your stay enjoyable.
“Convenience and cleanliness”
So close to everything! Nice clean room, bathroom was super hot (vented to outside), shower had little pressure and bring your own toiletries. I had bad hair the whole time due to both of these issues (not that it really mattered, I was at the beach most of the time). Really the best thing was the location, so easy to get everywhere yet not noisy or overrun. Right down the block from Yaxche, a must eat place!
“A great place in Playa Del Carmen!”
This hotel was a wonderful surprise. We had never been to Playa Del Carmen and had no idea what to expect from the area, especially for the great price we got. We did have some trouble finding the hotel, there isn't very good signage on the the main street, but once we did it was like an oasis! The staff was so incredibly helpful and friendly, and we were able to have some complimentary coffee and water (which is GREAT) while we waited for our room. The rooms were beautiful and very comfortable, the best rooms we had during our two week trip! The location is on a busy street so there was a little traffic noise but it wasn't too loud and the location was excellent, close to the beach and main shopping area. Breakfast was included and delicious. Would highly recommend and would stay there again if I return
