“Fantastic Honeymoon Location”

Though this place is a bit pricey, the service and quality is top notch. We went for our honeymoon and stayed in the more private Master section. Though this section is not on the beach, the privacy that it offers is great. The restaurants are amazing. I would go back again in a heartbeat.

Since it is an all inclusive hotel, my expectations were low in terms of the value you get, but everything exceeded my expectations by far. Top quality everything. The facilities, the service, the food and the amenities, combined with the natural beauty of the Rivera Maya, make this place one of my favorite places in the world.

Most amazing resort to estay with family

“Riviera Maya 2010”

I would recommend this resort to anyone that is seeking a high-end large, all-inclusive resort. My wife and I typically stay in smaller boutique hotels, however, for some reason we wanted the big, full service resort with a lot of options and this resort was perfect. There were more families than we expected, but that didn't really bother us. The resort is immaculate and very well designed, down to little details.

Grand Velas is worth every penny. Unbelievable resort. If you visit Riviera Maya, it is a must to stay there. Great service, great staff, great everything.

I work long hours and consecutive nights. After about 20 shifts in a row, Grand Velas is the place I go to (third visit so far) for pampering, quiet, seclusion, and luxury, only a 2 hour flight away from Houston. Haven't found a better place yet, and probably won't continue looking. For now, this is where it's at!
