This resort was beautiful. It could not have been more clean. The staff worked very hard to maintain the property. Everyone was very friendly. The pools were plentiful and the beach and water were great. My husband and I went for a week and really enjoyed our time there. Our room was very nice and the hotel itself was beautiful. We enjoyed ourselves each day in the pool and at the beach. The swimup bars great

“Definitely Would Return”

I just spent a week at the Princess hotel and had a great vacation. So, here's the real skinny on the hotel...the place is gorgeous, very well manicured lawn, beautiful swimming pools, scenery, and beach, and tons of restaurants and shops. We would have liked to know ahead of time that the hotel only offers draft Corona for beer and you get 2 Modelos and some Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Club Soda, 7-Up, and water bottles in your mini-bar. If you request more, it's $3 a beer.... Once you get past those few things, this place was great! The food was good, mixed drinks were refreshing, and beach was beautiful, though quite rocky. We had a little rain on a few days, but it only lasted for a matter of a couple of hours, then the day was fairly decent, but overcast. Also, another couple traveled with us and paid extra for a poolside room-you may want to keep in mind that some of the poolside rooms are quite a jaunt from the beach and may not be optimal for sun throughout the day-you would want a poolside room by the inner part of the resort that the main walkway goes through. This was our first all-inclusive experience, but it was very convenient to not have to worry about carrying money around all of the time-though tipping is still somewhat beneficial if you want great service. There was a free shuttle to go into town and lots of adventurous things to do. All in all a great trip and we'd definitely go back, especially now that we'd know what to expect!!!

“Beautiful Hotel”

We had a great time at this resort. We stayed in one of their swimup rooms, and loved every minute of our stay. The hotel is very large, but we enjoyed walking the grounds each day. Make sure you book the Tempanayi and Vaquero restaurants as they were our favorites.

“Underestimated”

A lot of people gave this resort bad reviews, but I truly don't see any good reason to not love this resort. The resort grounds are absolutely beautiful. The staff is friendly. The pool atmosphere is fun. The beach is relaxing and breath-taking. The food and drinks are acceptable. Most importantly, my vacation package was a steal.
