Balconies open to courtyard, garden, or pool views. These individually decorated and furnished accommodations have separate sitting areas and include sofa beds. Pillowtop beds feature signature bedding, down comforters, and down blankets. “Home away from home.”
My husband and I were looking for a place to stay where we can have a kitchen since my husband likes to prepare our food, especially in Mexico. We happened to stumble upon this great hideaway. It was conveniently located within walking distance to Avenue 5 and the beach across the street. We also felt the privacy of a hideaway type resort. Service was obviously not the traditional service you would get in a all-inclusive type resort but it was what we expected in a residential type of setting. We got everything we needed even if the evening staff didn't speak fluent English. I got away with communicating with them with high school Spanish. Me, my husband, and 8 mo old son had a wonderful 1st family vacation there. We also felt very safe in the location of the hotel.
“We didn't want to leave!”
We loved our stay at this condo! The building and the grounds were beautiful. We had everything we needed and the staff was friendly and helpful.
“Nice for a Family”
My husband and I took our two children and the foreign exchange student who lives with us. He is from the Canary Islands, so his Spanish was extremely helpful. The only draw back is that at times, the front desk is not staffed with people who speak English. It was a very nice place to rest after spending days touring our at the beach. We used the all inclusive beach across the street, but there is also a very nice public beach that is within walking distance and on the way to 5th Avenue. Very nice. We'd stay again.
“A place to Relax”
My room was #202 Very Beautiful!!! If your looking to relax this is the place to stay. Very close to 5th ave where all the shops an Restaurants are to eat!! You can walk or short cab ride for a few $$ My room had 3 bedrooms 2 bath full kitchen area an washer an dryer if needed. The pool was nice a lil narrow but very long to just chill. I would for sure go back an stay again!! Bring friends or family. Not for a single couple
“Impressed”
Arrived after front desk had closed so security, with limited English, tried to help. After sometime on the phone he put us in a 3-bedroom condo, we had requested a 2-bedroom, the A/C didn't work in one room and the fan didn't work in the other. After we looked around we discovered no toilet paper nor soap but we were headed to Wal-mart so we just picked up what we needed. Two remotes for fans and A/C needed batteries so we moved batteries back and forth between working items and non-working. The next morning when we officially checked in they provided the missing items, but the non-operative items were not fixed. We were given the choice to move, but had already settled in and with not needing the extra bedroom we used the room with the A/C working. It was a lovely condo and well-appointed. The staff was friendly and helpful. The beach access which is through another condo's property for us was a joke. We were looking for a real beach with waves, not one that had a built in breaker to stop the waves. Needless to say we didn't use, but we had rented a car so we had access to other beaches. We would stay there again.

“Extremely exceeded our expectations! Worth going back.”
We stayed at Paseo del Sol during the week of Feb 16th. From the moment we step in the lobby we were impressed by the cleanliness and openess of the hotel.The biggest surprise was our 2 bedroom unit with a roof terrace. It was spacious and well assigned,with a well equipped kitchen. Each bedroom has its own ensuite bathroom which makes it very convenient having two teenage daughters with us.Ample towels are also supplied which was a plus point. Front desk will supply beach towels if needed. We have stayed at various hotels and condos before, but Paseo is one of the very best.We were very pleased and satisfied with this place. The beach access is available thru the Reef hotel, where the waves are slightly challenging. This was a plus point to us since our daughters enjoyed their time. But we have also taken advantage of the beach area located in central Playa del Carmen.You can rent chairs for a minimal charge and have drinks brought over. Walking along 5th Avenue in Playa del Carmen is a surprise as it offers a multitude of restaurants, from seafood to steak places and Mayan cuisine.Various side streets linking up to 5th avenue also offers great places to eat. We took a short ferry ride to Cozumel for a day of snorkelling, but wish we had time visit other places. We had an amazing time at Pase del Sol and Playa del Carmen. We are looking for our next trip back,it is well worth your time and money.......
“Wow! What a Fantastic Experience!”
The condo was beautifully furnished and included dishes, pots and pans, even spices. It was just like a home away from home. Each condo offers a patio and balcony. Ours had a gas grill, hammock, and patio furniture. The pool is beautiful. Most days my husband and I were the only ones in it, so it was like our own personal pool! The fitness center comes with cardio equipment, a sauna, and free weights. We'll definitely be back!

we enjoyed our stay very much. we will be going back. only complaint was that there was no cleaning of our room. But it wasn't a big deal since there was a washer and dryer in the suite.
“Wow !! We get to stay here.”
I was so very happy with this condo. It had everything that we needed and more. I liked being able to decide if anyone would come in to clean or wait until we left. I never worried about anyone being in our suite while we were out. The pool was the absolute best having jets and shade and so long lots of room. It was close to down town so you could walk. Yet private. We had three teenagers travelling with us and they liked it too. I would recommend this place to any family or group.
