El Dorado Casitas Royale by Karisma All Inclusive is an all-inclusive resort. Room rates include meals and beverages at onsite restaurants and bars. El Dorado Casitas Royale by Karisma All Inclusive features a full-service spa, 13 outdoor swimming pools, a lazy river, and a health club. Dining is available at one of the resort's 8 restaurants. Guests can unwind with a drink at one of the resort's bars, which include 10 swim-up bars and 14 bars/lounges. A complimentary breakfast is offered. Public areas are equipped with high-speed wireless Internet access (surcharge).
Business amenities at this 4.5-star property consist of a business center, a meeting/conference room, and small meeting rooms. Event facilities measuring 600 square meters include conference/meeting rooms, a ballroom, and banquet facilities. “Best honeymoon EVER!!!”
I can not wait to go back to this hotel. Not only was the hotel awesome, but the customer service was amazing. They made us feel like we were the only people staying there!!
“Blew me away!”
This place was unbelievable. From the time we arrived at the hotel to the time we left, we were constantly in awe of the great service, breathtaking views, and romantic atmosphere. The food was a major highlight on the trip too! From quality asian dining, to obvious mexican dishes, to fine italian cuisine, this place has it all! Also the service was fantastic. Room service was always on time and the people at the resort were great! Waiters at the restaurants were so polite and kind too. The staff here has romantic down to a science. Every night the room was so clean and set up with a romantic atmosphere. We will be going back some day!
“Always a favorite!”
El Dorado Royale Casitas is a wonderful vacation experience. This was our third year celebrating the New Year with El Dorado. We hit upon a cold and breezy week with some rain, but the staff's welcoming and cheeful attitudes more than made up for it. Fortunately, the weather warmed after couple of days and it was "paradise" as usual. D'Italia Casitas is a great addition to the resort. Fantastic service and great food. La Fondue was little too cold on our night there, but the resort had brought in heaters to try to help--just didn't help enough. Kampai and Cocotal were very good as well. New Year's Eve is such a great time at El Dorado. The music, the cirque du soleil type acts, the food and beverages were great fun. We danced until we couldn't stay up any longer. I do think it might be time to start updating the guest rooms. They are starting to show a few signs of age, mostly due to the humidity and some wear & tear. However, this is no way hinders the quality of the stay. I would highly recommend El Dorado Royale Casitas to anyone headed to the Mayan Riviera.
“Amazing vacation”
This hotel was amazing, we cannot wait to go back! The food, service and grounds were unbelievable. The 'Casitas Royale' is on the grounds of the El Dorado Royale hotel. Expedia gives incorrect information about the location of this hotel, stating it is near El Dorado Seaside. We researched before booking and we were aware and excited!
“Couldn't have had a better honeymoon!”
Grounds are beautiful, staff is friendly and helpful, room was great, best food I've ever had at a resort... Not much else to say! We stayed at the Casitas, which offered a few perks not offered through the rest of the resort. Although, I'm sure we would have been just as happy at the other end of the resort!
“Absolutely stunning! First Class all the way~”
This is easily the most amazing hotel/resort at which I've ever stayed! We have stayed at numerous All-Inclusive resorts in Cancun, Riviera Maya, Cabo and Puerto Vallarta. This is far and away the most luxurious and entirely wonderful place to vacation! They refer to it as Gourmet Inclusive, rather than All Inclusive. After staying there, I see why they make that distinction! The food is phenomenal - the service is amazing - the rooms are fabulous! My wife and I were only able to stay there a couple of nights. We actually left another resort early because of the terrible experience we had, and were looking to salvage our vacation. The last day in Mexico was our 25th Anniversary, so I wanted to be sure we stayed someplace memorable. El Dorado Casitas Royale was truly memorable!! They went over the top in making our anniversary special! I'm already trying to figure out in my calendar when we can go back and stay for an entire week next time! I must be honest - I gulped when I saw the prices. But without hesitation, I must say I feel it was worth every penny!!!

“GREAT resort!”
The casitas were GREAT! Only issue that we had on the entire trip was the aromatherapy gave us a terrible migraine the first 2 days. After we stopped it everything was fantastic! The food, service and room were awesome! We never went on the sales tour just avoided it for a week! Great resort would definitely go back!
“Lovely place - little tweeking needed”
Check in was unpleasant. Do be aware upon arrival they take your luggage and you may not see if for several hours. DO take swimsuit, resort clothes etc out of luggage so atleast you'll be comfortable while you wait for your room. The Casitas check in area was suppose to be an upgraded area for the check in process but it really wasn't. It was terribly warm which the employees may be use to but room temp should be set for guests comfort. No body at the main lobby or the Casitas area offered us a cool drink or towel as they proclaim upon arrival, that would've been nice. They are in NO rush to get you checked in. They failed to inform us we had resort credit and what it was good for. I had emailed our request for dinner reservations but they didn't know anything about it. I even showed them my email receipt of the request but it did no good. ASK for the safe lock and key. They didn't give it to us at check in. The patio door is self locking and we forgot that a couple times and had to wait on security to get us back in (embarassing) MOST employees are very friendly. Security, not so much. We discoverd on Sunday, our Casita swim up bar and grill closed early ?? not sure why. If you drink the house wine with dinner, ask them to leave the bottle or you'll be waiting. We did'nt find the "included" alcohol to be top shelf. A pet peeve of ours is if they say "gratuities included" then you shouldn't have to tip to get good service - we found this to be the case tho.
