The onsite spa has 12 treatment rooms including rooms for couples and outdoor treatment areas. Massages are available on the beach and in the spa; other services include facials, body wraps, and body scrubs. A variety of treatment therapies are provided, including aromatherapy and hydrotherapy. This garden view spa is equipped with a sauna and a spa tub. Visitors of this spa can round out their time of relaxation with a trip to the boutique.
Children under 16 years old are not allowed in the spa without adult supervision. Guests under 16 years old are not allowed in the spa.

“Excellent Hotel!”
We stayed at the hotel for one week in October. We've been in the Riviera Maya several times and this hotel is great. Last year, we were in the Secret Maroma (Highly recommended too). The beach is good but as all beaches in Mexico depends on weather and time of the year. The hotel/room is VERY good...
“Great Family Resort!”
This was our second trip to Riviera Maya, but our first to a Dreams property. Overall, we were extremely impressed with the resort, and plan on returning in the future! Due to its amenities and activities, this resort is a great fit for everyone (couples, families, friends, etc). The food was great in all of the restaurants, however; we did not try the "adults only" french restaurant. There were several different activities and shows offered every day and the quality of the entertainment was very impressive. Our 8-year old son participated in several kids activities and made a couple friends on the first day. The pools felt very spacious, despite the resort being 98% full. The staff was friendly, and the resort was extremely clean. A few challenges were; the layout of the rooms offer little privacy as they are shaped like octagons with no closed-off area for changing/getting ready. It can be a challenge if you're with kids, friends, etc. Also, since the resort was 98% full, people were securing lounge chairs and cabanas in front of the pool as early as 6am! Finally, the dress code was strictly enforced, so I had to borrow dress pants from the concierge. Be sure to bring casual pants/jeans, summer dress, etc. for the restaurants. Overall, we had a great time at Dreams Riviera Cancun and would highly recommend it!

“Christmas Eve week 2010”
Once settled, we loved hotel, beach, food, etc. At check in we were told that our only option to get double beds for our grown son and daughter was to upgrade to Preferred ocean view room..We did upgrade and were very happy but our week was "free kids week" and placed was crowded with kids and noise. This was my only complaint..pool and beach areas were beautiful, food was best ever at an all inclusive. We never left the resort and never felt the need. They hold a LOT of weddings there and we seemed to be "moved" off our pool area lounges to make room for the set-up, but a minor inconvience. Would definately go back next year unless they price themselves our of our budget.
“We will be back.”
Great room with a great view. We were on second floor of building 2 looking out toward the ocean. Weather was warm, room was cool, but not cold. The staff at the hotel all spoke to us. Everyone was friendly. We had a very relaxing vacation. I am sure that we will return.
“Fun in the sun”
Hotel is very well maintained. The rooms are large and beautiful. We stayed on a high floor with an ocean view and it was really unbelievable how gorgeous the view was. The staff are incredibly hard working and do whatever it takes to please the guests. The entertainment was done very professionally,especially the circus show at pool and the service from the staff at the pool and the beach was exemplary. The only complaints that we had were about the saving of chairs at the pool and the fact that there doesn't seem to be enough room in the restaurants for all guests to eat at a reasonable hour. We were that our wait would be 1.5 hours and 3 hours later we were called. Also if you are not up by 6:30 am,you will not have a chair/umbrella at the pool. Overall,it is a beautiful resort and we had a great vacation!,,,

We had a wonderful time at Dreams Riviera and cannot wait to go back! The food was extraordinary and the cleanliness was equivalent to some of the best hotels in the US. We were extremely impressed with the staff and the service. The childrens activities and pool areas are some of the best we have experienced in Mexico, Hawaii, etc. Great resort!
“Dreams Riveria Cancun #1!!”
Beautiful resort, a Paradise! Everything was as advertised, the staff took care of everything, the food was spectacular and the drinks were plentiful!. The shows and entertainment were an added plus. Beautiful pool and beach are. The rooms were amazing. Loved the shower! Already planning our next trip back in later 2010!!
