tres bel hotel pour gens libertins ou qui pratique tout simplement le naturiste, le site est intime et tres bien aménagé la seule chose a mon avis c est peut etre ajoutez un resto de plus ca pourrais faire une variété entre resto italien quoi que l on mange tres bien dans les deux resto a la carte...

“Outstanding Experience”

We just returned and were amazed at how nice the hotel was. The service was outstanding. Everywhere we went, the staff was offering help and they were sincere about it. The food was much better than expected, even the buffet. The grounds were clean and staff was always maintaining the appearance. The beach, pool, and hot-tub were well-kept. We will definitely return.

Second year there and cannot think of going elsewhere. Wonderful experience...food, friends, discotheque, pool, etc oh, and most of all, sun!! All people working there are so friendly. I've recognize some from last year and they remembered me. Will return there as soon as possible. And sorry. Because of the style of this vacation. pictures are not possible. Thanks. Dan

“Will definitely return”

The hotel layout was great. The staff were fantastic. Very accommodating. The food was fabulous, and the drinks were free flowing. The only criticism we would have is the problem with bugs and mosquitos. They were everywhere. The hotel would fog everywhere in the evening, but as we had a ground floor room it seemed to drive them all into our room and we would get eaten alive over night. I would recommend taking bug spray with you. Otherwise our stay was very enjoyable.

“Experience of a lifetime”

Me and my wife stayed at Desire Cancún for two weeks last November. The hotel and surroundings are nice, food is good and service of staff outstanding. The food was specially good compaired to all inclusve resorts. We met lot of nice people and will definately repeat this experience in the near future.

Extremely hard beds. They were not comfortable at all. Excellent staff that catered to all of our needs in a very professional and friendly manner.

“Little too risque”

Very Nice, but very small resort. Realisticallty, only one bar even though it says more. Only one lunch place. Mosquito fogger every night - bad move. Clothing optional was what we expected but the overt sexuality was a little in your face. Beach is covered with beach beds -- need more just beach. Service was excellent though.

Overall all was very good, I would love to go back. The room was too noisy for me since I like to sleep a lot. There were noise comming mainly from the staff people who work in the hotel, like cleanning, or working on renovations etcetc

“Nice stay at Desire”

My wife and I enjoyed our first stay at Desire. We wished that there were more food options for late at night, and that the restaurants stayed open about an hour longer. Our first room had ants and a shower drain that wouldn't keep up w/ the shower (causing it to flood the bathroom.) They switched our rooms and the new room was nice, but the a/c ended up leaking all over the floor. When we called the front desk they were prompt to get someone out to fix it. After those two minor setbacks (by noon on our second day) we had no further issues. Desire's beach and pool were very nice. We only went to the jacuzzi once, but that was very nice as well. The entire staff was great, and we will be returning.
