Our walls are double 1/2 drywall with insulation and sound channeling, so there isn't much we can do about the noise. Being right in the middle of the building on the ground floor with sports teams could be loud though, so I understand. I'm sorry there wasn't a fridge in you room, I didn't know it was missing. Were you able to get the remote fixed while you were here?

Sorry about your experience with us Theresa. The reason for moving you to the other building was so you would have hot water because our gas meter quit working in the original building you were in. Again, I apologize for this inconvenience. It was an interesting week for sure

I see you reservation was made with a rate of 160, which is fairly average for the time of year you stayed with us. I apologize for your experience and we are addressing everything you motioned. I suppose you won't be back, but if you ever find yourself here again, feel free to report issues like this to the font desk and we would be happy to move you to another room if possible.
