“Great place to stay in Riverside”

Staff very friendly and helpful; decor very nice and clean; easy walking distance to downtown and Mission Inn; no vending machine on assigned floor; breakfast okay but a little pricey. Overall--very nice hotel.

“A great hotel for both business and family travel”

Overall a great hotel for both business and family travel. We stayed only one night during mid-April for family get away. Due to the rain, the daily high is only about mid 60s. But the hotel's pool and jaccuzzi is kept at warm and confortable temperature.

“Only issue was...”

I called the operator to request a fridge and microwave and she was so rude and uprofessional. I had to make sure I wasn't at a dinky motel. She was herrendous and didn't want to assist. So I had to go all the way downstairs to the front desk and request one. He was very kind and helpful.

“Wonderful place to stay”

We enjoyed our stay at this hotel. We were able to walk to many good restaurants. My children enjoyed the pool area.

Clean, adequate hotel. The coffee shop was above average and they had great apples in the lobby, but other than that, I can't say I was swept away.

“Pretty Nice Hotel”

The photos online are a little misleading. The room was not as large or nice as I expected, but it was decent. I had to request the microwave & mini-fridge be brought to the room, and they were both old & a little ratty looking. Otherwise, the room was fine. The bed was very comfortable, and everything was very clean. The lobby is very nice, & parking was safe & secure. For the price, I expected it to be a lot nicer, though.

“Great Room One Night, Not So Great the Second”

We stayed at this hotel two seperate times, the first night we got to California and a week later the last night we were there. The rooms were great! The breakfast buffet was excellent, and included an omlette station! The staff were friendly and curteous. I have two complaints. Our second night, our room was over the restaurant, and we were disturbed by the music all night. Also, our booking with Expedia included a full breakfast for 2 (valued at $24, by the way, which made the room an excellent value). However, Expedia had not communicated that to the Hotel, and so we had to show our receipt from Expedia, and there was a little angst while staff "checked on it." It was clear they did not usually include breakfast at the price we paid, and so they were reluctant to allow it. We had the receipt though, so they had to. It was more an inconvenience than anything else. As I said, the breakfast was great!

This hotel was very nice. Staff was courteous and helpful. Would stay there again in a minute.

This is a perfect hotel for visiting college kids, as it is close to the freeway and to the center of Riverside.
