We had a wonderful experience. Staff was very friendly and helpful. The whole establishment looked very clean and well kept.The included breakfast was excellent. My son really enjoyed making his waffles in the waffle maker.

Rooms do get some highway traffic sounds since it’s next to the freeway. Beds very good, breakfast ok, small dining area. Would recommend.

Had reservations. Son had card reserved on. Had all id on phone. Had been robbed no id. Had people call for him including Expedia where reservation was made. Would not let him check in. Already in enough stress this hotel added to it. Lost out 122 would not stay here. Very poor customer service. Only in it for money. Don’t care about human quality any longer. Checked in had 2 rooms 1rm for 1 night 2nd rm for 2 nights, was assigned rooms I asked which room was the one for the 2night stay was told it didn’t matter. Next day was questioned on my 2night stay res. And was moved to another rm because that rm was supposedly the 1 night stay had to move all my things as I’m trying to get to a wedding. Very disappointing

I like location. The hotel needs little TLC. Also the breakfast which is included in the price has very small menu with no different options. The front desk person name KATHY was very helpful and friendly.
