Checked in and was told they did not have room I had reserved (Queen beds). The only option was to stay in a room with king bed. Disappointed in Hampton Inn for failing to honor our reservation.

I asked for a third floor because I have sleeping problems, but they didn't allow it, causing me to be unable to sleep in the middle of the night and leave the hotel. ​

First, when we got there no one explained to us that now you are required to let staff know in the morning if you would like your room cleaned. So my room didn’t get cleaned the first day. Then the next day we had the fire alarm go off at 11pm, no one went in to check or anything we evacuated ourselves. The experience unfortunately wasn’t very great, but the hotel looks great and it’s clean overall.

The hotel was fine, but the breakfast was the downside. Selection was poor with no yogurt, hard boiled eggs or half &half.

Disappointing stay, lack of attention to detail.
The caulking around the tub enclosure was messy. The shower head did not operate properly and part of it came off. The tile was not grouted completely and small ants came out of the wall in the bathroom on the floor on our third day. The air conditioner fan did not operate properly as it kept cycling off. We only had one wash cloth for two people and had to request more. Staff offered us a different room on the third day, but we didn't want to pack up everything and move. The room key would not open the fitness center and neither would the 4 master keys. Maintenance had to instruct staff how to open it on the next day. The oranges were bruised and not fresh and there was a completely moldy one in the middle of the bunch. How is this not seen and removed?

The hotel was amazing very clean very well maintained. The front desk staff was amazing. The last Hotel I stayed at was horrible this hotel was amazing. I highly recommend this hotel in the staff there should definitely be recognized for how friendly and welcoming they are.

1st the parking spaces were all made for compact cars. I am handicapped and there were only 4 spaces that were all taken. There are run down homes right next to the property. We had a room with an adjoining room (we didn't one) and we could hear everything said in the next room.. We were trying to get sleep, but were unable to.

The only interactions with staff that we had were at the front desk upon check-in, where the clerk didn’t look at me, even once. When I arrived, the phone was ringing, and no one was there. He walked out and picked up the phone to answer without acknowledging or even looking at me. Once off the phone, he said “license and payment” I held out to him. He never took them, so I sent them on the counter. He entered in the information and set my keys on the counter mumbling instructions for where to find the elevator. Not once did he greet me, wish me a good stay, thank me for my patronage or even look me in the eye.

Beds were horribly hard. Doors were slamming constantly and you could hear every footstep on every floor around you. I will never stay here again. It's bad enough I tried canceling my stay two months before and they wouldn't cancel. So I came anyways and it was just a horrible time.

Bad customer service
Upon arrival i was told that my booking was not completed due to my card being declined, i booked this room about a week or more prior to checking in and i never got any emails or calls stating my card was declined. I had to call two different 800 numbers to be able to fix the issue, my bank had alredy release the funds so this issue was on the hotel. The employee did not have no people skills and was not trying to help at all.

Locared in Norco is located low off the street and difficult to get to. the towels are ridiculous they were thin as a paper towel need to be replaced in the whole hotel. we reserved our room month in advance and the room was not ready when we arrived we waited 2 hours to get into our first floor room we will not be returning to this hotel

The staff was very helpful and pleasant. The facilities were clean and organized. It is close to Silverlakes soccer fields. There are dining options close and there is an LA Fitness within walking distance. Love this place

Staff accommodated an early check-in however, during our stay there were not many staff member present and there was almost never anyone present in the Front Desk area. I called for clean towels at least 4 times and was told someone from housekeeping would bring them to my room. They never did, finally my husband had to go down to the front desk and get the towels himself. The Front Desk Manager seemed annoyed that he was asking for towels and provided him only two. Although the property was in decent condition it is lacking staff and sufficient towels for refresh. I will most likely never stay here again.
