“Good choice for Ipanema”
Nice boutique type hotel. I one block from the beach. Good convenient location.
“Great hotel in Ipanema, highly recommended”
We were not sure what to expect from this hotel, seeing as the alternatives were a LOT more expensive but it had a GREAT location - only one block from the sea and one from the shops, restaurants within walking distance and a very helpful and friendly staff. Breakfast was plentiful and varied and the hotel was very well maintained. I would definitely recommend a friend to stay there for comfort, convenience and value for money.
“Great Hotel, Location, and Staff”
Wonderful small-ish hotel one block off the beach. Good Breakfast of fresh fruit, juices, breads, eggs and coffee. clean and in great conditon, loved the big shower. only minor complaint was the mattress was a wee bit uncomfortable. i would stay here again in a minute and highly recommend it. great area - one block from the beach. we walked to most of the other activities - 5 minutes to the metro stop, great vitamina restaurant right around the corner

“A Decent Hotel in an Excellent Location”
A decent, slightly anonymous, well maintained hotel in an excellent Ipanema address (i.e. one block from the best beach; a few blocks from some of the best restaurants/bars in Rio; and safe to walk around the environs night and day). Room condition good and clean (if lacking in imagination). Bathroom perhaps a little tired. Excellent inclusive breakfasts. Staff/front desk very pleasant and helpful. Hotel is a little more business than leisure orientated, but this was not a concern for us given the excellent location. Certainly not cheap on absolute basis, but Rio/Brazil isn't any more - and this hotel appears better value than many for this location. Recommended.

The room was very clean. The staff was very accomodating when asked any type of questions or directions. The hotel is extremely well located and a block away from the beach and many nice restaurants within walking distance.
“Great location, great staff”
I really enjoyed staying at this hotel. The location is great, you can walk to anywhere in Ipanema or Leblon and the beach is a block away. Buses stop right at the hotel in case you want to use public transportation. The hotel seems to be frequented more by business travelers than tourists. The rooms are efficient and clean. The staff was very accommodating and helpful. The free breakfast was just right. Highly recommended!
