“Would recommend”
ideal location, friendly staff, view from pool excellant but do not expect a large sun bathhing area this is no problem as beach just over the road. breakfast good can recomend steak sandwich from bar.
“Good value hotel”
I had stayed at this hotel before; now it is part of the Golden Tulip chain. The front desk was very helpful and spoke fluent English. The location really can't be beat; it is right across the street from the beach. Many good restaurants nearby. Very good breakfast is from 6-10 and buffet style. Room size was adequate with a/c, a small fridge and a room safe. The only thing I didn't like was paying a little extra for using the room safe. I would return to this hotel. It is a great value.

no view from the room but good location. Got terribly smashed by a wave on Copacabana right in front of the hotel and staff was friendly and helpful - didn't charge us for late check out.

lovely hotel, right on copacabana beach, and within 5 mins of Ipanema. Great staff, good breakfast, nice gym facilities, free towels and umbrellas for the beach! - an excellent place to stay in Rio!

We were quite satisfied with the hotel.The staff were friendly and co-operative throughout the stay. The location is excellent and not too far from the .The rooms were clean and the aircinditioning functioned perfectly. Overall we were very happy with our choice.

Hotel and staff were great. Let us use a shower at the end of the day before we had to get to the airport for a 10PM flight back home.

“Excellent Stay”
Hotel is well placed at the southern end of Copacabana beach just across the road from the beach with a number of cafes and resturants along the Av Atlantica close by. It is within easy walking distance of Ipanema beach and the Metro into the city centre with local shops. The reception and front floor staff all had good English and were all very helpful and cheerful. Very few roooms have a sea view but those to the rear are of adequate size, clean and reasonably furnished. I would be happy to return and stay there again.
